Worked fine for awhile, felt good in my hand, (though the DPI button is in a place that makes it easy to accidentally press) until suddenly bam. It won't take a charge or anything. Now I have to find a new mouse, won't be buying this again.Edit: They offered to give me a refund or replace the mouse! Sadly it looks like someone nabbed it off my porch, but I am impressed by the offer to replace it for free.

I bought this mouse after searching for a more ergonomic option, because my hand was getting sore spending hours editing. I tried more expensive version of this style mouse, from a big name brand, & was disappointed to find it was not comfortable to use, it just felt awkward. I then tried several other vertical mouse options I found on Amazon, but this remains my favorite. They nailed it on the design with this mouse, in my opinion. The little details on the ergonomic shape of this particular mouse is superior to any of the others I've tried.After a quick adjustment to using a vertical mouse, it becomes second nature. It makes such a difference in reducing hand fatigue if you're using a mouse for extended periods. It fit my hand well, was so comfortable to use, & very easy to setup. I love the colors, it adds a fun touch, & overall found the mouse to be excellent.

This mouse works well at home and is great to travel with as never needs batteries. It is very comfortable on the had and made a physical difference for me. No strain!

Had a worsening tennis elbow issue at the end of 2023 and realized i would need to change a lot about my work station ergonomics…This mouse among the first changes I made on the recommendation of a physical therapist. According to her, this keeps my wrist and forearm in a more neutral position, allowing my muscles and tendons to heal. It took a few days getting used to, but now a normal mouse feels awkward. The rechargeable feature is nice, and I like that it can be used while it charges. It will last a couple of work weeks for me between charges thanks to the “sleep” feature. Will update if anything starts to go haywire, but for the last few months this has held up well. If you struggle with tennis elbow, carpal/ulnar tunnel, etc. I would recommend trying this out. Its a low-barrier investment that can change your quality of life!

Purchased it in July, and it died here at the start of September. Did not even make it 3 months, highly disappointed as I really loved using it. It is comfortable, simple and had a good battery life with just a slight flare of coloring that made it blend well with my desktop scheme. Without warning or indication it just died. Battery should of been well charged, even plugging it in, it won't come back to life. No lights, no signs of life or salvage.*revised* The mouse is still defunct but because customer service reached out, issued a refund and even offered a replacement, I am willing to bump a general review up for metrics sake and give them a second chance by ordering another mouse to try. It is important for other shoppers who rely on reviews to know that even if it is an outlier, failures can happen but to rest assured the company is good if you let them know.

**Update**Customer support reached out to me and apologized for the failed mouse. They have assured to make it right with a replacement. I am pleased with the customer service especially because before the charging failure, the mouse was not flawed and worked perfectly. Great customer support and definitely recommended.Purchased in September and it’s now May and the mouse constantly dies. It also no longer charges properly; it’ll be plugged for 2 hours and still will not turn on. Other times, it may be on the charger and will only work for 5 minutes after unplugging. Huge disappointment because I initially really liked it.

Comfortable product and connected really easily to my MacBook air

Purchased mid September 2023. I am writing this review at the end of December 2023.I have been suffering from horrible wrist pain for eons, but the flare ups have increased in frequency so I purchased this mouse. I am right handed and I have noticed a decrease in pain in that wrist when I am not using the mouse with poor posture or at odd angles. The odd angle and posture circumstances are unrelated to the effectiveness of the mouse.I have enjoyed using this mouse and have noticed the difference enough that I carry it between work and home for various uses. I love that it has wireless and bluetooth capabilities. The amount of times that I left the usb dongle at one place or the other (lazy me didn't want to have to push the switch between the different connections) that I purchased a bluetooth dongle for my work computer that did not have it and now I push the switch button, but I tried not to. Comfort-wise, the finger indents aid in the grip comfort and my pinky does not drag on the mouse pad. The forward and back buttons are located well enough for use. Getting used to the grip isn't too difficult and now regular mice feel weird. I do notice I change my grips or cannot settle on a grip; it depends on my activity or if I need the forward button a bunch.I enjoy the RGB feature and the buttons and such are all well placed for my hand. I am not sure how long the battery is estimated to last, but I can go roughly four to seven days without charging it, and I use it fairly frequently; seven hours at work then after work most days another three to five hours for gaming and general uses. On top of how long I use it, I also leave the RGB on the entire time. I personally would love more RGB coverage and or pattern and color control, but that is a preference and I purchased this knowing those limits. On the same topic, something that I have noticed, or not noticed, a color indicator for low battery, searching, connecting, etc. I will be working and the mouse cuts the power out of nowhere. I need to do more testing, but I believe that the mouse will not function while charging.My biggest complaint! The DPI button's location. I am constantly pushing the button on accident and it is extremely frustrating. I wish it was located at the top edge between the thumb buttons and the left click button; the mouse speed changing randomly is irritating and upsetting, especially when gaming.Pros:-Noticed health improvement-Grip and the location of the buttons are comfortable to use-Battery life is decent, remember to turn off when not in use!-Color lights!-Multiple ways of connecting to devicesCons:-!!!DPI button location!!!-No indicator lights (that I have seen)-No color control-Potentially no function while chargingThis review has my opinions, how the product could be improved, and my personal preferences. I truly recommend this product, and want to purchase another one so I stop having to take it to and from work. I originally went with this product for the company name causing me to think of a new important character in a a videogame I play and that amused me. Now I am staying to see how their other products perform; I am going to try out one of their ergonomic keyboards next because I want to see if it improves the pain in both wrists, not just the one. The mouse helped reduce the pain in my right wrist by about 20%(I'm bad at estimating things), but I am hoping that the keyboard compounds on the improvements.

La bateria una vez cargada dura varios dias, no emite nada de ruido al presionar cualquiera de las 2 teclas, al igual que al girar el scroll, cero ruido.se conecta super rapido por bluetooth, lo reconoce de inmediato, al igual que por USB, ya llevo 6 meses de uso diario y esta como nuevo, muy recomendable

Me gustó, buena textura, ergonómico, tal vez un poco pequeño pero en general bien, está funcionando sin problemas se apaga cuando lo dejas de usar un tiempo, se enciende cuando lo mueves, en general bien el producto. Espero siga funcionando bien por un buen tiempo.

Muy útil y práctico

Lo compre en noviembre pero apenas en este mes de Febrero lo empece a utilizar tengo 15 dias ocupandolo y ya no funciona la rueda de desplazamiento, me estaba funcionando muy bien y me gusto pero asi de la nada dejo de funcionar la rueda de desplazamiento, lastima que ya no lo puedo devolver, espero que si lo compran no les salga como el mio.

Mi mouse se rompió bosque y busqué y no encontraba el que me ofreciera lo que necesito. Yo quería un mouse ergonómico para el cuidado de mi muñeca y que fuera recargable para no estar comprando pilas una y otra vez y además sin saber cuánto me durarían para asegurarme que no necesitaría cambiar en un momento inesperado. También quería que fuese inalámbrico para poder transportarlo y conectarme sin tanto cable. Los mouses que encontraba tenían unas cosas pero otras no o eran mucho muy caros. Al encontrar este fue una maravilla, pues no solo cumplió mis expectativas y satisfizo mis necesidades, también estaba en oferta y me salió mucho más barato que otros en apariencia iguales. Se conecta perfecto por bluetooth y aunque yo solo lo necesito para mi lap top, al parecer puede conectarse a más de un dispositivo a la vez y me parece muy interesante. Lo recomiendo ampliamente, es cómodo y eficiente!
