I feel like this has made me feel so much better. I need a double knee replacement but I'm told that I should wait a few years. Until then I'm stuck with 2 kinds of shots, otc pain relief and supplements and these supplements have helped me tremendously! I wish I didn't have to take 3 capsules but they are easy to swallow and worth it.

This supplement has been in use on a regular, daily basis for over 3 weeks. I have noticed minor improvements in and around my joints and pain seems to be alleviated somewhat; however that could also be attributable to increased exercise. These supplements are easy to swallow and have no unpleasant smell. I would just have hoped to have seen more noticeable improvements health wise after 3 weeks.

Haven't noticed much so not sure it's doing anything so who knows maybe need to take for several months.
