Very practical, high quality tap upgrade.
Great product. For us it raised the head of the tap a lot. We can fill a kettle now without it being lowered into the sink. (great if the sink is already full). If the hose isn't retracting properly or the water flow is slow, make sure you’ve adjusted the position of the weight so that the hidden section of the hose doesn’t kink under the sink and reduce the flow of the water, and also so that the black adjustable weight around the hose isn't snagging on anything under the sink - preventing it from pulling the tap hose back into its retracted position.A click of the button and you’ve got a shower head instead of a regular tap flow. Pulling the tap head out and you can hose off items or swill the sink round. The weight below the sink helps retract the tap back into position, stating this again as it's essential to have this free to move and not position on the tightest part of the the curve of the hose.Tap wobble? Our existing (pretty basic) stainless steel sink is so thin that I suspect the tap wobble we experience is a failing of our sink rather than the tap itself. Not an issue anyway, but the overall appearance of the quality of the tap after install is spoilt a bit by our low quality sink. The tap feels very high quality, the install instructions a little sketchy in places, but overall we are very happy with this tap. It’s made our whole kitchen feel like it’s had a bit of an upgrade.

Good quality kitchen tap
Great tap the only issue is it’s a bit on the large side for an average sink. But miles better than the tap I had beforeas it barely reach the washing bowl without a directional tap end I had to put on in order to reach the washing bowl. This tap reaches easily and the pull out spray head is a bonus. Would recommend it overall a nice tap.

Not a very clever design
Like others no doubt I opted for Bristan as a trusted name. My mistake! The tap is listed as metal and ceramic, conveniently omitting to mention that the large spout is all plastic and wobbles precariously. I fitted the product (fortunately having the correct size 17mm box spanner to enable this) and thought well let's give it a try. The hot water flow, which in my case is gravity fed, was reduced even further by the tap giving a very poor outflow and almost impossible to adjust to hand hot easily using the mixer. Finally, to add insult to injury, after two months the selector button for shower/straight flow selection started playing up. When the button finally dropped off into the sink whilst my wife was trying to operate it I thought that is enough. Five year guarantee with four months usage before failure! Bristan must be sorting a lot of problems out by now. All praise to Amazon who arranged a return and credit without hassle. NOT RECOMMENDED

Adequate
It's an alright tap, with swift delivery, but what we were sent is not a quick fit one that the description shows. Luckily I'm more than just a DIY'er and was able to fit it still, although a damn sight more tricky. The hose for the extension running through is a bit pants, as the shelf under the sink will need adapting to allow it to go in and out cleanly. Good for the money, but possibly worth spending a little more, for a slightly better tap

Good quality tap, nice and study
Good quality tap, nice and study and love the 2 water features, only down side is when on jet setting slight dripping from side of head, did not identify until after 3 hours of fitting in, so was not going to remove and send back, just putting up with it. On spray setting it is great.

I didn't think I would use these features and an ordinary tap will do but so pleased I bought this one as use the pull out ...
Lovely tap, bold and makes a statement in the kitchen! Pull out works well and the alternative flow is really handy.I didn't think I would use these features and an ordinary tap will do but so pleased I bought this one as use the pull out all the time.It was easy to fit, also easy to use and clean...and a great price on Amazon.

Poor for Bristan
A difficult fit. Not the easiest clamping system. Dribbled after installation. Poor for Bristan.
