Well, this is going to be an update.I purchased this last February and delivery is fast so kudos for that. Ever since then, I took care of them very well, though there are some issues and hopefully, these wouldbe addressPros and Cons:Build Quality is a 4/5. It really felt premium, regardless of the plastic build! Metal ear cup has already few scratches but still looks premium. The synthetic leather from the headband and earcup is a real comfort. My only issue is the adjusting of earcup. The left one doesn't sound when I tried adjusting it and it extends more which is obviously unusual and worrying. And when I tried to bend it out for wearing, I hear subtle cracking sounds, like the plastics' gonna break though it did not break, yet. Still sturdy though, but I don't really know the cause. But the rest is all good.Feature is a 4.5.Control buttons were easily familiarize so I got no problem adjusting volumes and play/pause. The ANC does not really do much on Mids and Treble, but it did really fair on the low frequencies. The music did most of drowning out the noise. But I'm not complaining about it. It's just worth noting for anyone prioritizing noise cancelling on their purchases.Accessories is 2/5.The case and the USB cable are simply perfect for me though I wish it came with an adaptor. My issue here is the 3.5mm cable. The sound is straightforward and exceptional on wired, but whenever I used it, it always prompts Google Voice to appear therefore disrupting my music and video playing. It's very annoying and I believe this is a problem with other brands. It's a big deal for me and hopefully they can do something about it.Connection is a 3.5.The good thing is that it paired SERIOUSLY fast most of the time and sometimes it's just fair. When I put my phone on my pocket, the signal sonetimes malfunction (music disappears sometimes) and it's frustrating at times.Sound Quality is a 4.5.I believe there are 2 sound profile in this. When ANC is OFF, it sounds more bass-centric and I tried turning the volume high up with a bass boosted song and all I can say is: Eye-opening BASS! There is a prominent rumbling of the ear cup and it is seriously gooood! The treble is laidback which I like, and unfortunately, mids are laidback too which is not good for me. When ANC is ON, bass becomes fuller and richer IMO and not loose which is better for me. Mids and treble shine here! It becomes more detailed and clarity is superior. This I could say that, in regards to the Sound Quality, it really excelled beyond my expectations and I am truly happy with it.And one more BIG thing. I have a problem with the right ear cup. As of June 9, 2018, it starts to malfunction and I hear the electronics somehow unusually weird. Music stops while left ear is functioning well then when I touch the metal ear cup, it goes nuts then I keep on tapping them lightly until the sound goes back to normal. I guess I need to contact Treblab ASAP, though my concern is that I lived in the Philippines and I am not sure how am I going to send it to them directly. I already registered to their warranty so I guess I'll contact them about and hopefully they can fix my awesome headphones. I'll rate 5 if things go well. ☺️UPDATE:I already communicated with Productech about the issue and since I am not in US, they gave me an option to either replace or refund, and I chose the latter. Customer is service is outstanding and the processing of reimbursement is already on-going. Thank you, Productech team. I look forward to see your new products in the future. Case closed! 😀

These headphones are really awesome. Sound quality is amazing and they have a strong bass. They are very comfortable and they have a 35 hour battery life. I have only two complaints. The first is that while they do fold flat they won’t completely articulate into a tight package. As a result they are a little bulky to travel with. Also you do lose bass when you turn the ANC on. I was originally going to leave a 4 star review for this reason but then I compared them to my friend’s Bose q35. With ANC on the sound quality was pretty similar but when you turn the ANC off these headphones actually have better bass, noticeably better. The fact that these headphones have better sound quality than headphones which are over 4 times the cost makes them a five star product.Updated:My first set of Z2's started cutting out in the left ear cup. This gave me an opportunity to test the lifetime warranty. It took about 4 weeks from when I first noticed the issue to getting my new headphones. I'm satisfied with the customer service and I didn't have to pay more money for new ones. It seems that these guys stand behind their products.I've now had these headphones for several months and some of my opinions on them have changed. The best feature of these headphones is the sound quality. You get a balanced sound with amazing bass. They honestly sound better than several of my friend's headphones which cost more than three times as much. If you want amazing sound quality but you are on a budget, Z2's all the way. The ANC does work but it really leaves something to be desired. I've tested these in my car on road trips and it works okay but more expensive headphones such as the Bose QC35 will perform better when it comes to ANC. I have not yet tested these on a plane so we will see if that changes my opinion. Also the "hiss" other reviewers have mentioned about the ANC is present but it is very moderate and you really only notice it in quiet settings. Usually when I am in a quiet setting with these headphones I leave the ANC off anyway because the bass will perform better when the ANC is off.I'm still leaving my 5 star rating because these headphones still perform so amazingly well. My criticisms of the ANC are being made compared to 350$ headphones which still makes these a great deal. Also I have no been able to test their customer service and I am satisfied.
