**photos make bag look faded. I promise that it is just as jet black today as the day it arrived***Ive been using this for a couple months now as my bicycle bag for work. It rides extremely comfortably, and leaves tons of room for adjustment. The functionality of the separate bottom compartment is a bit flawed, as it causes the pack to fold over on itself when sitting. However, they built a hack into it for that, as the divider is movable between 2 different velcro strips. I didn't like the bottom compartment, so i ran it vertically to make 2 small front accessory pouches and one HUGE main compartment and i love it this way. The velcro is very heavy duty.I also spent $10 extra on some tie on accessories and extra storage pouches, and its next level!!I was amazed at how much i can fit in this bag. It feels very durable, I still haven't noticed any loose stitching, other than the velcro accessory straps that feel a bit cheap, the rest of the accessory straps would hold a horse.Coming with a separate mini cooler completely makes up for the compartment flaw.I would love to say that i would buy this bag again, but i have a feeling that ill never need to!

Just what I needed for work. Lunch bag is big enough and being able to remove it is nice so you can take it wherever you eat instead of the whole backpack. Looks like a standard size lunch bag if it ever got worn and needed to be replaced (unlike the backpacks with the built in lunch bag) It also has a separate lunch compartment that converts back to one whole bag from two compartments if needed. For more carrying capacity when you don’t need a meal too. Highly recommend.

Great backpack, but the included lunchbox was sub par. First, the size was completely inadequate for the space of the compartment it goes in, or for my lunch, for that matter. Second, if the top compartment has any kind of weight to it, it will crush the soft sided box, and your lunch. It really needs a rigid sided lunch box or container that will not fold up.That being said, everything else was excellent. Webbing for the straps os sturdy and well attached, no loosening stitching or too flimsy plastic buckles. The interior provides good insulation and is easy clean. Side mesh pockets can hold a 40 ounce bottle with ease. Love the front access to the lunch box compartment. It makes my life so much easier to take it out the side instead of having to dig out out from under everything else I have in my pack.Design is well thought out, you can adjust the interior barrier between the top and bottom a bit, sleeves for laptop and/or tablet are well placed so you don't need to fumble figuring out which is which. The dividers in the top front pocket were a little bit annoying at first, but I like them now.All in all, can't beat it for the price, good sturdy pack. I work EMS, so I take it with me every day and it gets tossed around an ambulance. Still going strong.

This bag is perfect for what I needed! Fits the lunch box and my large planner and lots of other stuff as well. I have had this bag over a year now and it is still going strong! Very pleased with the quality and value. Everything stays cold in the lunch box as well even with my 12-hour days.

Love the backpack, perfect for on the bike. Had to order another for a friend!

Love the idea of this and the design is good. But it will not stand on its own without the cooler being used. And the velcro sticky stuff on the front - I don't see the need. Maybe there's a use case for this but I don't see it. The one liner of the pack is some kind of cheap material that is very noisy - like crinkly paper.

What a waste of money, product is not how it was describe it, very cheap material, and only has 1 compartment in the front and that’s all, and feels super cheat after 2 month of use is already ripped off, definitely a waste of money.
