Invaluable to recovery
Love this item. After a shoulder op this has enhanced my recovery. Easy to use. Fits over a door. Very effective .

Well priced
The pulley is well made but on occasions the threaded rope slips from the gripper so have had to form a knot to stop slipping. Overall a good piece of Equipement thankyou

Absolutely amazing, it is definitely well worth getting, my sore arm is improving in strength since I began using this.

It's a bit of a pain putting it up all the time
It was a bit of a hassle to set up each time and the adjustable length confused me. You have to take it down after every use so you can actually use the door it is attached to. I think I would have preferred something that could just stay in one place, but I guess that's not the fault of the manufacturer, it was just the wrong thing for me (and my frozen shoulder).

Easy to set up, easy to use
This is just what I wanted. It has a soft bulbous section at the end to throw over the door and keep the pulley in place - absolutely no damage to the door and easy to set up and take down again. The pulley itself seems sturdy and no annoying squeaking, there are handles for comfortable pulling, the length of the ropes can be very easily adjusted which is especially handy if you’re using it on different height doors. And there are push clips that you can move up and down the ropes - but to tell the truth I haven’t worked out what these are for, yet, maybe to measure progress. There are lots of different pulleys on the market, and although other ones may be fine, I’m glad I got this one.
