I use a Waterpick flosser before. It was bulky in my vanity top and loud. I replaced it with the H20floss. I like its performance and small footprint. It is portable and easy to use. There are two buttons, a power button and a water pressure button. I set it on the lowest water pressure setting before turning the power on. It is easy to fill up with water in its tank. It takes a few practice to familiarize the fingers with the power button. I keep my fingers away from the two buttons while using it. I use it prior to brushing my teeth. It is easy to charge with the provided usb cable.

My first impressions of using this device is that is actually very powerful; Much more powerful than i was expecting from it. Its able to shoot out a lot of leftovers from deep inside of the crevices of your teeth and gums. For me it is a huge plus as my gums are not sensitive, however i can see it being a little too strong for some people. This of course can be remedied as it has a variable speed control which can turn down the flow quite a bit and offers a large range of adjustability for the flow of water. It also comes with a large variety of attachments to for all teeth types.When talking about size, it is of course going to be larger than a traditional roll of floss however for the functionality it provides it is quite small considering everything it is able to do. You will never run out of “floss” as traditional flossers and you can add water which is readily available everywhere where I am. Its a great addition to your nightly routine if you care about oral hygiene! I am thinking about purchasing another one for each bathroom in my house but its size makes it so easy to carry around I find it hard needing another one so soon!

Had this about a year and it works well. Holds a charge for weeks. Good assortment of extra attachments although I mostly only use one. I like the different pressure choices. Great deal for the price.

This is not as powerful as my water pick ulta was, but it's stronger than my water pick hand held portable. Much cheaper too. Easier to get water in and out (for cleaning) as well.I'd prefer the flexibility and the power of the ulta with the huge base and flexible hosing, but it was a real pain to clean and took up allot of space.It also got moldy after a couple of weeks of lack of use when I went on vacation over some hot summer days. Getting the water in was also annoying. I like the ease of the hand held portables much better.The H2Floss works fairly well on the highest setting, and I'm still working off the first charge which is nice. For the price it can't be beat. Water picks handheld version is more than twice the price, and I don't see any reason for that as it's much more inferior to the non portable Ulta which it costs almost as much as.I don't expect it to last very long, but we will see. As long as it lasts a year or more It will be fine given the price and convenience. Once you use it, It will make you ask why water picks are so expensive.UPDATE:well it lasted five months. Didn't quite make the year I was hoping. I'll have to eat my words on this one. Like other reviewers have experienced, it leaks from the base. Allot. Water ran onto the floor in a puddle before I realized what was happening. I guess it is worth spending the extra money on a water pic if you're going to have to buy three of these each year.

The tank had issues an the company fixed it

The unit stopped working and I reviewed it below. Very impressed by the instant response from seller. They offered refund or replacement as the unit was still under warranty. I had already ordered a replacement from the same brand so that solves my problem.Stuff happens. Its how you deal with it that matters. Kudos to the seller.Review before seller response:Tube inside detached. Would detach no matter how many times I reattached it.The water stream changed as if the pump inside was taking in air with the water.

I recently wrote a review because the flosser stopped charging after a year of normal use. But after the review I contacted the company and they are providing a new unit to replace the one that stopped working. That is great customer service!

I like this product, it does the job well and keeps gums healthy. Unfortunately the battery died after 6 months. I would have given 5 stars but had to drop to 3 because of the poor battery life. I am disappointed.
