I don't know who would benefit from this review but believe me this is the finest glutamine supplement i have ever used.It is so effective and the taste is also very good. I have been using it for the past 1 month.No side effects at all. Muscle recovery is improved, but very slightly. I mix it with creatine and whey as it has very good taste. I doesn't form clumps and dissolves very quickly. Will definitely buy again and other flavours
