Use an applicator or ensure insert high enough
The pessary when inserted into my post menopausal, atrophying vagina stung almost more than I could bear for about 15 mins and reminded me of the intense discomfort of a tampon when not inserted high enough. I was not provided with an applicator. Maybe my index finger was not long enough? Or maybe it turned sideways? Just be prepared if your vagina has been sore or dry for a long time. Maybe use a little lubricant also or use an applicator.Very moisturising however.

It look like a piece of candle wax and I'm certainly not sticking something like that up inside me. I would rather go back using the liquid it might be cold.I thought I'd give it a try but but I won't be doing it again
