These you can easily take in the morning, I take them after I’ve had my lemon cleanse, so it’s the first solid think I eat and the taste of them is quite sweet and fruity. Throughout the day I feel a slow release of energy at times I find if hard to sleep if I’ve had them to late in the day overall they are very value for money and the quality is way above other hummus shop bought whine and those types.
