We purchased this dome in December 2024 and enjoyed it all winter. When taking it down in early June we had some issues with the poles. I reached out and received the best customer service and a resolution to the issue.

love this thing! perfect for our CO patio in the winter. could comfortably fit our 8-seat square dining patio table. held up wonderfully all winter, including wind/rain/snow. relatively straightforward to set up (just a bit tedious, there are >100 pieces of pipe to connect), easy to take down. I recommend keeping the boxes the pipes originally come in bc they’re labeled and made for easy storage. would recommend!

Horrible. Horrible set up and instructions. Took hours and tons of frustration. Once it was up, the first day it snowed, about 10 of the plastic tube pieces cracked. Days later, most of them had cracked beyond repair and the dome fell in on itself. Massive waist of money.

The media could not be loaded. We absolutely love this igloo dome! It's made with pvc pipe, and while it can be a little time-consuming to assemble, the end result is totally worth it. We added a round rug and a heater, which made it so cozy to sit in while the snow falls outside. It's become our go-to spot for enjoying family time in the winter.The dome is spacious enough to fit our patio furniture, comfortably seating 6-8 adults. The plastic covering arrived a little wrinkled, but I expect those will smooth out once the weather warms up. It's handled the snow and cold climate really well. The only minor downside is that when the heater is off, there can be some condensation, but it dries up quickly once the heat is back on. Overall, this product is an excellent value, and I've already recommended it to several friends. If you're looking for a unique and practical way to enjoy your outdoor space year-round, this is it!

We just got it today and had the dome up within a few hours, it was a super simple set up once we got a hang of the instructions. The bars had a bit of a hard time going onto the joints - I would recommend using a bit of wd-40 and twisting, but even then we still have a few bars that aren’t completely attached. The bars connecting the door to the rest of the dome were a bit too short, we tried to attach them but one of them ended up popping off and scared us, so we just detached the other one as well. Another one of the bars did crack as well, but we contacted the seller and should be hearing back about that. Otherwise, we got it as a spot to hang out in the garden bug free and it’s working out wonderfully for that, we are very excited to continue using it. We’ve already comfortably fit four chairs and people inside and there’s obviously more room for a few more. It also came with two sets of fairy lights (a very pleasant surprise!!) and it has one mesh covered vent hole.

Highly recommend using the sandbags to anchor it down and once done it could handle rain, wind, and snow easily. I added a heater for warmth as well. Such a cozy & fun vibe! The size was perfect for our specialty picnic table. It was worth every penny and I’ll have it to use year after year!

This product is just as the description and the photos, it looks amazing and creates amazing ambience no matter how you decor it + the vendor customer service is truly amazing, the respond quickly and they are always willing to help 🫶 10/10. I do recommend this product

I used this out front and my neighbors all loved it. Stays warm inside and does get very warm in the day time.... Love it and will use it ever winter.
