These lights have helped keep my plants healthy in low light locations in my house. One tall one works well for large house plants or for two or three small or medium plants grouped close together.I don’t think they’d be adequate for places with no or almost no natural light from a window, but they are good for supplementing natural light. They are especially helpful during the Winter when there are much fewer natural light hours.Easy to position and set timer. Neutral white is not super noticeable.The only problem is that when the power goes off, the timer needs to be reset.

My monstera is loving this light! It’s bright, easy to adjust, and the timer is super convenient. I’m already planning to get more for my other plants. Great quality and totally worth it!

I just received my plant lights and I absolutely loved them. I only used one, saving the other one for a plant I have gotten yet. But it great for dark corners. I don't have any windows in my dinning room, but always wanted a plant in here. I wish I could show you a picture of of beautiful it looks in this corner. I've tried several times to upload the picture without success. But take my word for it, I'm glad a purchased them! Very easy to assemble, it's not heavy at all, easy on and off switch, which allows you to adjust the lights and duration that stay on.

I get so much stuff from Amazon that I don't bother to write a review unless something is either really good or really bad. These lights are really good!I have a LOT of tropical houseplants that had to become patio plants when I moved into my husband's smaller, darker house, but they still have to spend the winter inside from Nov thru Apr. Since this house has insufficient natural light for houseplants, I have to supplement with artificial light. In spite of strategic placement of floor lamps with full-spectrum bulbs in certain areas, I needed more light.These telescoping grow lights do the trick! I was able to target the plants that needed additional light by just sticking these lights in the pots where they were needed. I think I'm going to buy two more so a couple plants that get one-direction winter light won't have to stretch towards a window.Just a note: I put mine on the brightest setting (there are 4 levels) and used the full-spectrum light. These would also work well on the lower and warmer settings aimed at a wall for mood lighting. Because of the simple nature of the control, the timer settings (off, 6, 12, and 16 hrs) start when you turn the light on. I want mine to come on an hour before sunset on the shortest day of the year, so I'll have to be sure to turn it on then. After that, the timer should do everything for me unless there is a power outage.

Nice! Wish it had a base or something to connect it instead of a pointy end but I have it propped up for now until I figure out something better. Besides that the light is very bright and good quality.

Absolutely recommend!! It has a timer that turns turns the light on automatically. It was very easy to put together without even needing instruction (although there were some included). It even has different shades of light that you can pick from. My indoor plant is thriving!
