Main Gate Wheelbarrow Cruiser - Green

Excellent wheelbarrow, however a right pain to assemble the handle section and base section tubes were different widths where they join. I had to resort to forcing one side apart with the jaws of a workmate to get them to fitHowever once assembled it's a vast improvement over my old barrow.

Easy to put together if you have a strong person to hand, frame needs a bit of force to connect. It's large enough to satisfy any high end user and plenty deep enough to transport large items such as rocks and short branches. Lightweight in use and very manoeuverable in tight spaces. Unlike metal barrows this will not rust if left out of doors. All in all a very desirable addition to any gardeners/workmans necessities - can't think why I had a metal one all these years.

Disappointed. This does not appear to be what it purports to be. I thought I was buying a barrow made by Maingate, who produce in this country. The reality is the one these folk have sold me appears to be Chinese and not of good build quatity. The original Maingate 'County Cruisers' have a one piece frame, this one has one you bolt together and the bolt holes do not naturally line up, the fixings are of the flimsiest kind e.g. paper thin flat washers and weedy little spring washers and the bolt heads are small and will probably pull through the tub. So be careful if you thought this was a good Brit product - better to pay the higher price i.e. around 90 with delivery for the real mc Coy.

Very good quality, quite deep so leaves, etc, don't blow out of it en route to their resting place and tips easily. It's very sturdy, too, as my husband has proved by using it for transporting railway sleepers, concrete blocks, etc. We did have a few words about this and - supplier please note - I will not expect a refund if it collapses through such abuse! For the job for which it's intended - and those for which it's not! - I would highly recommend it.

A sturdy wheelbarrow which is standing up to a lot of work. It's moved the best part of 25 tons of top soil without issue and is now on large chunks of york stone. Simple to put together, light enough to use all day, strong enough to be worth the money.

Arrived on time, easy to assemble, pleased with quality. I have read reviews where people have had difficulty lining up fixing holes, if the barrow is assembled with the bolts finger tight before final tightening it makes assembly a lot easier.

Very pleased with this wheelbarrow. It's strong and sturdy, deeper than normal wheel barrows and has survived the winter out doors without showing any signs of corrosion.
