Love these wedges! This is a quality product that really is nonslip and an excellent yoga prop with many use. I’m now able to hold and do other poses because of the wrist and nonslip support these wedges provide. If you think the surface is too firm for your hands, just drape part of the yoga mat over it for more comfort.

A remarkable and so comfortable piece of equipment! I have arthritis in my thumb joints and it’s painful to keep my hands flat when doing specific exercises BUT with the Wedge I’m able to perform exercises with extremely little to almost no pain to my joints! I found these at the Yoga Expo in Fort Lauderdale earlier in April. I have mobility challenges and these definitely help me much better than the traditional blocks. The design also makes them a lot easier to carry in my yoga bag!

I love these things! They totally help me reach further in my stretches because I can get more leverage by pushing into my stretches (without slipping). They are very lightweight and comfortable to the touch!
