Great Product and Support
Had an issue with product but their support was extremely helpful in getting a resolution and engaged promptly in communication. Make sure to follow the cleaning instructions as per product documentation and warning on the device.

Makes a lovely present
We bought this for my father in law for his birthday as he likes to drink wine.It was a relatively good price and seems very good quality.It came in a nice box wrapped in cellophane.It appears to work well and was easy to use.It is a nice looking product and makes a lovely present for any wine lover!

So good I bought more
I know it says wine decanter but I use it for spirits. I have 1 on a bottle of vodka and 1 on a bottle filled with chambord as it won't fit in the chambord bottle, it would fit in a 500ml spirit bottle but even the 700ml chambord bottle because of it's shape means it won't fit so I have it in a decanter.I set these and can pour a French Martini in a matter of seconds, they are really accurate too, they say something like upto 5% error but I have found it less than that

Great little gadget
Great novilty item but way way overpriced.What I HATE about Amazon is because you bought the item and think about maybe buying again they bump the price UP.. This went up £24.. Really do you think we're daft and going to buy again! If anything as a customer who spends alot via Amazon you'd think it would come down not up. Discusting thinking they try to rip us off.

Loved it but didn't last long
UPDATE: I contacted Radsack and they have immediately offered to send me a replacement device, which is excellent! Have increased my rating as I do really like the aerator - I must have just gotten a faulty oneI did really like this product, which I use mostly for aerating wine rather than measuring how much I can fit in my glass - I thought it was pretty pricey but figured I'd get my money's worth out of it in use ....sadly, after 3 months of use, the aerator has stopped working. So disappointed.

Works well, then stops forever!
Stopped working a week ago 3 weeks out of my returns window, doesn’t start up, doesn’t charge up, lasted one whole charge then stopped working.
