Works great, cleans great and the best customer service. 5 Stars !!!.
1) What a great product that eliminates the need of toilet paper towels. Very hygienic and Works great. Very easy to install and easy to operate.2) The flat base of The Luxe Bidet Neo 320 is placed under toilet cover. If the homeowner is a ‘Do it Yourself type person, the Installation process is easy.3). The hot and cold water lines are connected with the two inlets located under control knobs of the bidet.4). Remove existing toilet seat covers to install the bidet. First place bidet base on toilet rim. Put back removed or new toilet seat cover flap on the bidet and align holes of seat cover, bidet slots and toilet unit rim holes and tight whole assembly with the bolts.5). Make sure that toilet seat cover and Turntable and adjustable slots of bidet base attaches tightly enough with the main unit of toilet thru bolts.6). In a sitting position, user can access Two control knobs located on right side. Lifting the front knob lever triggers the water flow in the bidet nozzles that cleans the intended dirty part of the body. The same front knob controls Hot and Cold Water. Turning the knob in the left direction flows cold water. Turning it right flows hot water and keeping the knob in the middle or center flows warm water. The water pressure increases as you gently lift the knob upward from the front tip. To stop the water flow, push the knob down at front tip.7). The 2nd rotating knob controls the position of the flow of water to clean targeted part of the the body exposed under the toilet cover flaps.8). After using this bidet, User can easily feel the difference between conventional use of toilet paper and the Bidet. Toilet paper only wipes the dirty part but this modern tool, the Bidet, not only cleans the body part also washes dirty part of the body with water. User must understand that there is lot of difference between wiping with paper and cleanin with the water.9). Some people use tumbler in the toilet to clean body parts with the water. The Bidet eliminates the use of the tumbler.10). I have installed Neo320 Bidets in my 3 toilets and they all work great.11). When my My relatives and friends, who have never used bidets in their life , use bidets first time at my home, they impress so much that they do not forget to give good complements about the bidets and inquire us about the seller’s address to install same units in their house. More than dozens of friends and relatives have followed us in installing the bidets.12). One thing is not understandable, why Bidets are still absent in most modern and luxurious residential units and public places. Or why Bidets are not part of US toilets while in many Asian and European countries, Bidets usage is quite common.13). After installation of 3 Bidets in my house, the usage of and expenditure on Toilet Paper has dramatically reduced.14) The cost of $57 Bidet can be recovered within 6 months. There after, owner saves the future expenditures on Toilet papers.15) Apart from saving future cost of toilet papers, the Bidet user individually contributes in saving trees and woods, the base material for paper towels.16). Like Solar Panel energy, Bidets also helps in keeping environment clean and Green. Bidets also reduces the paper wastage and burden on garbage volume. Imagine, If every US house is equipped with average 2 Bidets, how much paper usage and paper waste can be reduced?17). Apart from all other benefits, Bidets are certainly much better than paper towels as far as body hygiene is concerned.18). The ‘Luxe Bidet Neo 320’ is extremely useful for body hygiene, simple to install, easy to use or operate, durable, convenient, easily cleanable, functional, environment friendly and a should be a must toilet fixture in every US Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Office Space or Public Place buildings.19) One thing impressed me the most is, I purchased Neo 320 Bidet thru Amazon from this Seller before 11 months. after using Bidet without any problem, One Part of Bidet began to operate improperly, I requested the seller to send replacement part because the Bidet was under warranty. The Seller did not ask me any question and offered me completely New Free Bidet as replacement withou asking me to return the Bidet or without asking me to send Shipping and Handling Costs. This excellent Customer Service deserves good complements for trustability, reliability and extraordinary Reputation of the Seller. The Seller’s good gesture prompted me to change my previous review of the product and I must state that, Bidet product quality and Sellers customers service are one of the best among the competition.

We're wondering how we lived without this
July 23/2015 update: We moved to a new house. We were so pleased with the Luxe Bidets we had installed in our previous house we left them installed thinking they would help sell the house. This means I am installing 3 of these units in our new house. I put one in last night. Two problems came up, both of which I had solved before. I think Luxe needs to do something about them, or at least, customers should understand they are likely to face these problems and they should have solutions on hand. The rubber washer that goes with the metal fitting that allows you to draw water from the hot water supply is not thick enough. The metal fitting that Luxe supplies has too much thread to fit properly onto many of the standard stop valves that have been used for decades here in the Pacific Northwest. The Luxe supplied fitting can only screw on so far because it has more threads than the stop valves it is fitting onto and the rubber washer isn't thick enough to take up the remaining space. It leaks. I found that a 1/2" diameter cone washer was available that did the job, but it took a trip to several stores to find it. Luxe should supply a thicker washer. The cost to them would be insignificant. There may be stop valves that have enough threads to enable the Luxe supplied washer to work, but I measured the ones available here at several stores and there aren't any here. The second problem, was far more serious. At least with the rubber washer problem you are aware it is leaking right away. The second thing is, the plastic fitting that enables a cold water supply line to go from the bottom of the toilet tank to the Luxe bidet is unreliable. I remembered having trouble with one of these previously, but enough time had gone by that I somehow believed I might try using it on this install. I carefully installed it and it did not leak at first. I checked several hours later just before going to bed and there were still no leaks. However, in the morning, there was water all over the bathroom floor. Perhaps water pressure in the system in this city is slightly higher in the early morning. No one had disturbed the fitting to cause it to fail. I'm going to try the KES K1018 metal fitting available here on Amazon as a replacement. Luxe should solve this problem by supplying a better fitting.I'm still very happy with their bidets. We're looking forward to having them in all three bathrooms in our new (to us) home.My previous review continues unedited from this point:We have been very pleased with this attachment, so much so that after only a few weeks of use, we were going to order a second one. Just as I was about to order,My wife and I have never used a bidet before but we have considered getting one at times in the past. I didn't install one because I thought it meant expanding the size of the bathroom, opening up the walls to add new plumbing and crawling under the floor to put in a drain. A job that size is easy to put off.I didn't know I could just buy an attachment and add a usable bidet function to a toilet. My wife had noticed this Luxe unit on Amazon and drew my attention to it. I read a few reviews, considered the low price, and ordered one right away. I dropped everything and installed it the day it arrived. It seems there was a bit of a pent up demand here for this.Luxe includes enough parts that it looked like the installation wouldn't require a trip to the hardware store. It turned out I had to go out to buy a hose. I don't hold this against Luxe. This is a 45 year old house. If they didn't include any fittings this would still seem like a good deal. However, when I install one of these in future, I won't be using the plastic 3 way fitting Luxe supplies so that the cold water toilet supply can also supply cold water to the bidet. The included fitting seems alarmingly flimsy. After I installed it, if I shifted the position of the hose leading from it it would leak. The leak stopped when I arranged the hoses so there was no strain on the fitting. No water has leaked in the weeks I've used the appliance since then. But I have a vivid imagination, and I don't like the thought of one day seeing a pool of water on my house floor. I would have preferred that Luxe supplied a better fitting for this, if they were going to supply one at all. I like using fittings that inspire confidence. We're moving soon and taking this bidet with us to a newer house so I will address this problem then. I would get a metal 3 way that doesn't have a tap to restrict the flow. It seems that some people think they want to be able to restrict the flow of water to their Luxe bidets. The controls are so easy to use I see no need.We were both delighted once we started using this device. I like using it with warm water but my wife says she doesn't need to wait for the water to warm up - cold is fine.I had a few inital doubts. I wondered about the fact that because the toilet seat ends up raised a bit at the back to accommodate the unit, I might need to install spacers at the front of the seat. I wondered if the control suspended out there on its plastic arm would stand the test of time. I also needed a few uses to get used to being washed this often. But as time goes by, I've found that all my concerns have disappeared. I didn't need front spacers for the seat. My tissues quickly got used to being washed with this device. The Luxe controls feel fine once you use them a few times. For less than $100, we have a bidet that does a great job. It doesn't require any extra floor space. I didn't need to enlarge the bathroom, open up the walls, or crawl under the floor. It only took a few uses before I was completely comfortable using it. And it works delightfully well. When I use a toilet somewhere else now, I wish there was a bidet nearby. The main question now is, how did we live without this?

Never Thought I’d Use a Bidet, Now It’s a Game Changer!
I always assumed bidets were just for women and honestly never pictured myself using one. But after working with several Gen Z coworkers—most of whom swear by their bidets—I got curious. They explained the benefits and ease of use, so I laughed, went home, and started reading the reviews. That’s how I ended up with this one (ASIN: B00A0RX2UI), and I’m seriously glad I took their advice.Installation was straightforward. I didn’t bother connecting the hot water line, since in my bathroom the hot water takes a while to arrive (and I’d have to drill into my cabinet to run the line anyway). If you have instant hot water, though, it’s a feature others might enjoy. What surprised me most is just how well this thing works. The spray controls are simple to use and feel pretty intuitive. Cleanliness is a huge step up from just using toilet paper, and, like others mention in their reviews, my TP usage has dropped by a lot. That’s not just a money saver, it’s also less irritating on the skin.Other reviewers mention that the build quality is solid for the price and that the pressure is adjustable enough for comfort. I also agree with several people who noted this is a great beginner-friendly model if you’re new to bidets.Overall, I’m now fully converted. If you’re on the fence or think bidets aren’t for you, give this one a try! It may just change your mind, too!
