Great therapeutic and Versatile weight set
Very well made. These will be great for walking, step aerobics and anytime you need to use a lower weight for toning. These are soft and easy to grab and easy on the hands. you will definitely have less fatigue and be able to go for more reps longer.

Very comfortable 1lb weights
These weights are very comfortable in the hand, and the strap gives an extra feeling of security so that you are unlikely to drop one on your foot, or smash your tiled floor. They are easy to use. I got them to start some arm strengthening exercises, and plan to increase the weight next, and have already ordered the same ones in 2lbs.

Work great for walking
I got these to use while on the treadmill and they're great for that. I have been using a regular dumbbell set but it was kind of awkward and somehow would always manage to hurt my wrists. I knew these soft ones were there, but they were pretty expensive for me so I've been putting it off. I shouldn't have. These are so much better and way more comfortable to use while walking. They're not bulky and my hands don't slide around on them. Plus you don't have to actually grip them tight to keep a hold of them which is why I think they don't kill my wrists like the others did. These are worth getting and do intend to get a heavier set sometime in the future.

A good fitness equipment addition
Exactly what I wanted! I already had the 1 lb version and needed to upgrade. This set was the same good quality as the first one--I'm very satisfied.

Really nice
Personally I like these better than the regular neoprene hand weights. The hand straps on these are adjustable with velcro and they can accommodate different sized hands. They are soft so if they slip off they don't cause damage to anything. Recommend especially if gripping weights is challenging
