Q: Where is this pan made

Q: Àlthough it says dishwasher safe, i am skeptical. has anyone washed this pan in a dishwasher regularly? if so, any damage to coating? great price!

I am writing this solely due to uninformed answer stating that the person is at fault for putting the pan in the dishwasher. That is outright FALSE. The following is from Calphalon -- ""Calphalon Signature Nonstick pots and pans are also dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.""

Q: How wide is the inside bottom? (in other words, what is the diameter of the actual cooking surface?) Thanks!

The bottom of the pan is stamped 12" 30.4cm. In measuring it, it is from rim to rim 12" and the inside flat bottom is 10" wide. For Mother's Day I used the pan to cook a Dutch Baby pancake and it came out great using this pan. I use this pan for everything and clean up is the easiest part.
