I was a little skeptical at first but after using these gloves moving things around on my grill I have to say I was impressed. I was wondering why they were so long but after moving things around my grill I can see why they engineered it this way. It protects your wrists and the lower part of your arm from getting burned. I also took these with me when I went camping. It was a breeze to pick up the end pieces of wood that were sitting right next to the fire. I also picked up a few pieces that were smoldering and am happy to report that they held up well and protected my hands from getting burned. The gloves are on the thicker side but this offers more protection for your hands. The hot wood I was holding never made my hands feel uncomfortable despite holding some pieces of very hot wood for much longer than I would normally. The pattern on the gloves not only looks cool but also are rubberized which offers you more grip when handling items. I would definitely recommend these to anyone who grills or likes to build camp fires.

When the oven timer rings you don’t want to waste time trying to fit a glove or oven mitt onto your hands. There’s plenty or food in these do it makes for really quick prep when your timer goes off. I’ve been using my cast iron lately at VERY high heat, (up to 450° F when the bread needs taking out) and even hotter when the lid comes off. I burnt the top of my hand 2 weeks ago when I tried removing the lid without full coverage gloves like this.Immediately I knew the fingertip silicon covers wouldn’t cut it anymore. I’m so glad I’ve got these. I can be safe and happy and handle the heat! From oven to microwave to the grill outside. I love this purchase!

took camping and worked well for handling cast iron pans. the gloves a seem to run little small. I normally wear large size gloves and it was tight to put on

Bought these for My Husband he absolutely loves them. He has really large hands and they fit him well.

These gloves fit me well as I have large hands. I bought them for. My wife who has small hands. There is no option for size when purchasing so buyer beware. Will have to see just how much protection they give from heat.

My husband loves grilling and smoking! Where I have asbestos hands, he tends to be a little more sensitive, so I wanted something to cover more than just his fingers and still give him the dexterity to use utensils. These fit great and really protect from the heat. They are good quality and will clean right up in the wash. And of course they are cute, too!
