Great stuff if you have dry, thin, itchy skin. I'm 70 a 70 y/o male and while I'm in great shape. the skin in the inside of my skin is paper thin. If I scratch this part of my arm, reflexively, I'm rewarded with a series of very shallow blood blisters. They're harmless but unsightly. Sarna was recommended by my dermatologist and works great.I favor the Sarna with a little menthol in it for cooling.My only gripe is that the pump bottle doesn't work well once it gets below 2/3rds full. I'd much rather they sold this in a squeeze tube or a tub. The actual lotion gets 5 stars.

Woweee this stuff is incredible! I have poison ivy on arms, neck and face and currently using this to help with the itching and irritation. It is amazing and I have never used something that works so well!! I have more ordered so I never run out. I’m picky so when I find something I love I am sure to keep it on hand. Great relief, moisturizing, great price.

This is summer and my skin gets itchy from doing yard work. So glad that I found this body lotion. It’s indeed cooling and soothing, the best one I have ever used in my life.

The product itself is absolutely amazing. I love it, but the pump actually sucks. I’ve had to take a different cap and put on it. I wish that I could find the correct size top to put this little pop top on it, but I can’t. I just had to find it off of something else.

Compared to hydrocortisone, this active ingredient actually works and the little bit of menthol definitely helps compared to similar products without.While everyone are selling tiny little squeeze tubes, this one comes in a pump bottle for about the same price. No brainer if you ever have skin irritation issues, skin rashes, or just itchy skin for any reason. I think everyone should have a bottle at home, especially if you want your kids to stop scratching.
