I have been plagued with non bacterial cystitis for years, which is very painful and antibiotics don't work. I just have one serving in the morning. I use the power and put it in my morning tea. As long as I stay away from anything acidic, like orange juice etc, it's been a miracle. Also I have MS so I get a real batercial infections if I have sex, due to the fact the bladder doesn't completely empty, leaving the bacteria to grow. I have tried it only once, using it three times a day for three days, and no infection.....Thank You... I hope it works as well for everyone.

This is a good product at a great price!

I had the k-pneumonia bacteria causing my UTI. This did not cure it but darn near makes all the symptoms almost completely go away. I took this in high doses until the antibiotic started to take effect.High dose is 1 scoop every 2.5 hours- even getting up at night. Doing this took all pain away.This is made from Red Dates out of California - I called the manufacturer to find this outSide effects- after a few days of high doses I did get side effect of nausea and headaches. Because of this I decided to try the company's organic version which is derived from Guar beans. Taking the organic version at high doses I did not have any of the same side effects. Not deducting stars for my side effects from this as its probably just my personal sensitivity to red dates?

I like the ease and efficiency of this product. One scoop in a glass of water or even a half glass if I’m short of time. Almost tasteless it tastes like sweet water.

Staves off my recurrent uti's. Took the dose down to 1/4 scoop.Full scoop is, from my limited research, might be effective but the interwebs say it's unsafe long-term. I had a bad uti so I doubled the dose to twice and three times a day on the last day. This cleared up my uti by the next morning but my liver hurt and I had painful crazy diarrhea.This stuff works but there are risks. It's a serious supplement. Please talk about this with your doctor before taking it for more than a couple of months as a preventative. Discuss the prudence of a much lower, more conservative dose. If this is used as an abortive for the occasional uti, it really is truly amazing.My infection was so bad it smelled so bad I was gagging. Next morning, gone. This should tell you this needs to be taken very carefully with your doctor's supervision. Double check what your doctor says even.That said, it's very clean and pleasant tasting. Get this powder form. Tried three other brands prior. One didn't work. Another didn't dissolve and came out the other end. The other one was syrupy, nasty tasting and full of chemicals I don't want in my body.This one, the powder, best.Do recommend.
