To say I am blown away by this Botslab doorbell is an understatement. This is my first ever purchase of a video doorbell and boy am I thrilled with it! The Botslab doorbell meets all expectations on every level and great value for your money I actually paid more for it than the current price but i am not phased by that as its worth every penny, I now have two thanks to Botslab one on the front of my property and one on the back. Its so easy to connect to the Wi-Fi and down load the app onto your mobile.The features are so good, I really like the 180 degree wide angle, it totally astonishes me how much I can see from side to side and up and down. I like the night vision so much, it so clear, I often look at it in the night when I up to see if anyone is lurking, the daytime videos are brilliant too and of course the feature of speaking to someone who rings the bell. No outrages monthly subscriptions! the free memory that Botslab provide is plenty but if you wish there is an option to buy more on top of the free storage through Botslab.The battery seems to last for months without having to charge it or of course you can hard wire, personally I wouldn't bother I would just charge it, its so easy the take off the wall, I also like the feature of the very loud alarm if someone try's to steal it and of course you get the video of them stealing it on your app!!! thats a win win!The app is so good, it has every feature you need to set the doorbell to your own needs and so simple to use. The Botslab user group face book page is a must if you are a face book user, I've learnt so much from other users and like wise I have been able to help others I love being part of this group its so interesting, anyone who asks a question also gets answered by a Botslab representative, they are extremely helpful, they will also email you, or what's app or messenger you, the team are always on hand to help with issues and go out of their way to solve a problem as soon as possible.I cannot recommend this Doorbell highly enough and the team support that comes along with it, buy it today honestly you will not be disappointed.

Great easy to use we had it on two phones but we found that we could only delete all videos as one function on the main phone the secondary phone we had to delete the videos individually which was not ideal but great for the price and no monthly fee excellent picture quality during the day and quite good at night also good choice of door bell chimes - I would highly recommend this doorbell camera

Pros:- design is sturdy and feels like luxury item- Renter friendly attachment. You can stick it right on door without drilling holes which is not available in many other brands.- Loudness on chime and doorbell is more than satisfactory. You won't be disappointed here.Video quality is good- 360 view feature is useful, it even can view the parcel right below it. Superb which is a big gap in other brands like aosu/eifu- Inbuilt app support is convenientCons:- Notifications are often delayed. That's my only gripe. It's not a deal breaker. But for normal parcel delivery ppl, since they stand long enough, you get notification in time. So, it works.Recommendation:Make the notification work instantly. There is no harm in defalying the recording but notification should be instant. By the time custom open the app, recording should be completed by then. This is my big ask from this maker.Final verdict:I am happy with this device (:

I bought this to replace my Ring doorbell because my subscription was up for renewal at double the price it was 2 years ago.It's a little larger but still looks good and easy to install on existing doorbell power.I did have some problems with it at first. The battery was draining to zero in less than 24 hours even though it was connected to AC power, and I wasn't receiving motion notifications, only when the button was pressed.I contacted customer service on the live chat through the app. You get a real person responding quickly every time and appears to be 24 hour support from what I can tell. They asked me to try a few things first, like reducing sensitivity, increasing supply current and the transformer voltage within the specified range. None of this worked, so they got me to leave official feedback for their tech team.2-3 days later they have issued me a new product and a return label for the old one. The new one installed and works perfectly. Battery staying at full and getting all notifications.

Been using this product for over a month now. Works great. Has so many different virwing options available. Setup was super fast and easy. Also has choice of wired and non-wired as well as local storage or a subscription option.Video quality and battery life are brilliant. There's a delay in receiving notifications so it's not altogether real time but all in all would defo recommend.

I received this door camera today I had no problem setting it up. Easy to install. A really wonderful picture and very clear sound. I am so glad I chose the Botslab

Bought this to replace an EZVIZ doorbell which had fogged up! This Botslab doorbell is fantastic! Very easy to install with no problems at all. The picture quality is superb very clear , much better than my previous doorbell. Connected to my wifi 1st time no dramas at all. Very easy to understand instructions and easy to setup. Had one issue trying to connect to Alexa but this was solved quickly by an online chat with Yana . You can also change the view from fisheye to horizontal correction to vertical correction - a breeze to use!
