I use this set for at home PT and it works great! I can do the same exercises at home as my PT does in therapy. Well-made with the right amount of resistance!

The resistance bands are excellent! Light weight ones are good for arms and the heavy ones are good for legs. The larger rope is great for stretching. I use the blue mat to create an unstable surface for squats

This is a solid set of basic, portable exercise equipment. The balance pad is thick and cushy and good for stability exercises. The resistance bands are shorter so not great for helping with pull ups (which I was hoping for). But they are overall quality resistance bands—good for arm exercises and some leg exercises. There are several difference resistance levels—x-light, light, medium, heavy, x-heavy—so you have a variety to use with different exercises, depending on your starting strength. There are also carrying bags. There are straps as well to help with stretching and yoga/pilates exercises. Overall, al I am pleased with this set. Most of the items are very portable if you need something you can easily pack for use while traveling.

I love this setand would have paid this price for just the kneeling cushion. The quality is good and everything is really durable. The size of the cushion is also excellent for floor work so both knees can be on it at once. Great value for the money and it's super versatile with all the different routines you can do with the bands and resistance pieces. Excellent! Five stars.

This set consists of 5 resistance loops in graduated steps of resistance, a foam balancing pad, a stretching strap, and a drawstring bag to store everything.Each item is well constructed of quality materials, and performs as advertised. I expecially like the balancing pad, since as I've descended into senility the wiring of my inner balance system seems to have rusted, and the system ain't what it once was. The balance pad is really helping with that, as it especially strengthens the leg muscles that support you when balancing.Medical studies have shown that in people 60 yo or older, there is a significant correlation between the ability to balance on one leg for at least a full 10 seconds and the likelihood of living at least another 7 years. Needless to say I'm spending a lot of time working on balance.I also find the stretching band very helpful to try and stay as limber as I can. The resistance bands are a good way to intensify a lot of Pilates exercises with an additional resistance component.All in all this is a very nice exercise set for a reasonable price, and I really appreciate that a storage bag is included, some companies neglect to suppy one, but the Special Supplies people supplied that very nice touch. I strongly recommend this set.
