10 Inch Tempered Glass Lid Compatible with 8 Quart Instant Pot and Ninja Foodi, Universal Electric Pressure Cooker Lid with Upgraded Heat-resistant Silicone Handle

It fit my Ninja Foodi 6.5 qt slow-cooker perfectly; must be removed when not in use, I found out after trying to close the upper lid & scraped the inside! Don’t try!!

Some assembly is required to attach the handle, but it's very easy. I was impressed with the thickness of the tempered glass, as well as the design of the handle connection. This lid fits my 6qt instant pot liner perfectly. Sometimes I use the steel liner as a stock pot on my stovetop, so a good lid comes in handy. This also fits another pan - it's a win win situation. The tempered glass lid has a vent hole to release excess steam pressure, preventing those annoying rattles during use. A good feature. Speaking of rattling - when the package first arrived, I was a little concerned because it made sounds like something inside was broken. But no, it was just the packet of metal fasteners included for connecting the handle to the lid. They even give you an extra set of fasteners, although I don't expect they will be needed. Great product, at a bargain price!

Looks great and fits perfectly! Had a funky haze on the glass but it washed right off. Handle assembled easily and I love it!

Whah! This lid for an 8 quart Intant Pot doesn't fit my 6 quart Instant Pot! It's all Amazon's fault and the result of poor manufacturing quality that I ordered the size that doesn't fit my 6 quart pot! It's also everyone else's fault that I recycled the box it came in before I realized the mistake!Seriously, I did order the wrong size lid and recycled the box before confirming it fit. However, I was so impressed by the quality and design of it that I immediately purchased the correct size and gave this lid to a friend who has the 8 quart model and she likes it better than the glass lid she already has.This lid is easy to clean and has the added bonus of a second, spare knob. This lid is ludicrously easy to assemble and yes, the screw used is more than long enough. Apparently those that complained didn't notice that the screw threads on the bottom of the knob protrude slightly beyond its base in order to hold the chrome trim piece between the knob and the top of the glass lid, in place.Bottom line: I was so impressed by the lid's quality and design that I bought the right size without hesitation and gave the other lid to someone I really like!

This lid was a serious pain to assemble!!! I had to have my husband help, and eventually realized we had to place a lot of pressure on the glass in order to get the short screw to reach the handle. That was scary! I thought for sure the whole thing was going to shatter and slice his hands to pieces! But once it was screwed together, I haven’t had any problems with it at all. I Love it!!! It fits my 8qt Instant Pot Perfectly!! Now I don’t have to fiddle with the regular IP lid while I’m using the sauté mode, and can see how the food is coming along. The glass is strong and it has a small vent hole. It also makes serving dinner a thousand times easier for my children! They struggle to open the regular IP lid, so once the food has finished cooking, I can leave it in the pot on “warm” and the kids can easily help themselves to seconds. I’m so glad I chose this lid over the overpriced IP brand lid! This was half the price and the fit couldn’t be more perfect! I would gladly go through the hassle of assembling another one of these lids. They are well worth it!Wife, kid, and husband approved!

It fits my 8qt instant pop perfectly. In the winter it’s to cold to rise my bread dough on the counter so I put it in my ip with this lid and perfection.

It is odd that my Instant Pot has a “slow cooker” button, but did not come with this lid.I would use the slow cooker option to make chicken stock (you know, the kind that has that good healing gel), and when I got up the next , the counter would be a lake of water. Every time.So I went online to figure out what was going wrong, and it turned out that I needed this lid.Now I can slow cooker two or three chicken carcasses and the next morning there isn’t one drop of water on the counter! It produces fabulous chicken stock!!But it’s also perfect for anything else that needs to be cooked in a crockpot situation.
