When I initially opened the box and took the item out it was very difficult to put the two poles together. My husband managed to get them together. It does look nice when it lights up at night. I am still arranging the branches to show them at their best advantage. I did contact the seller to return it, but have cancelled the return.

First item did not work however the company sent a replacement which looks fantastic-I am in awe with my new tree and the companies efficient response to my problem. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Much obliged

Arrived wrapped in plastic with no box. As it was a large item I didn’t want to unwrap it until I needed it so passed the return by date. The main stem was covered with adhesive tape and I had to use a knife to get the tape off. Unfortunately the wire was wrapped around the stem as well so whilst cutting the tape I also snipped part of the electric wire. The solar panel attachment was broken I also discovered. Needless to say it doesn’t work. I think it must have been returned by another buyer and the company tried to pass it off as new. Very poor!

looks great when it comes on and you can see the tree before it gets really dark.lights lasts for a long time.

I am so pleased with this item it looks amazing at night when it's all lit up . It's very well made . I have screwed the base onto my decking as the tree is quite heavy . It can be easily removed to be able to store it away.

Very sparse not worth money
