Heats up quickly , easy to use and smooth finish

I was so excited to receive this device and use it! Unfortunately, it broke after only 5 uses. The spring broke and the arm no longer holds the hair tight to the iron. The device did not get dropped or endure any trauma. Disappointed by the poor quality.

This unit heats up fast. Wider barrel works well on frizz control. I like the heat resistant glove that is included so you don't burn your hand.

Great curling iron. Love that it has many temps to choose from.

This only went up to 350 degrees. The top two levels of heat didn't activate at all. Though it's more than hot enough at 350, I am concerned that it may die on me -- which why I only give it three stars. Otherwise, it's relatively easy to use and to hold.
