Really helped me. During Ramadan when I was dehydrated due to fasting.Take 2 spoons of this every night and rehydrate and you won't feel thirsty the next day. Perfect.It's a great size although it's too big for the amount of powder you get. You need to put a clip at the bottom after folding it up.It's kinda easy to use, spoon is easy enough.The taste is very salty as to expected from unflavoured.Ongredients are good it's a little. Low. On magnesium however.Mixes well.

I absolutely love this Bulk Electrolyte Powder and have been a loyal user for years. Initially, I started using it while on a keto diet after finding that electrolyte pills just weren’t cutting it. Now, I'm on my seventh bag! It's become such an essential part of my routine that I just don’t feel like myself without it.I typically mix about 1.5 scoops into my 2L water bottle and sip it throughout the day. If I’ve had a tough workout or if I'm dealing with the aftermath of a night out, I’ll throw in an extra scoop with about a pint of water. While on keto, I typically add in an additional scoop before bed to try and stay hydrated over night.The taste doesn’t bother me at all; It just adds a slightly salty taste to the water, and even then it depends on the volume of water. Each bag lasts me around six months, which is great, although I’ve noticed the price has crept up a bit. Despite this, it's still unquestionably one of the best electrolyte powders out there, at least for my body. Highly recommended for anyone needing a reliable boost in their hydration game! And I'd go as far as saying it's essential for keto!

The orange and mango flavour is SO sweet it actually made me gag, and I’m not exaggerating. I even tried rinsing out my mouth after taking a sip, it was that bad. Upon looking at the ingredients (which I failed to do before buying) I see that maltodextrin is one of the first ingredients, which explains it. I’ve bought a lot from bulk, and usually love their stuff, but I can’t recommend this one.

If your someone that doesn’t care about taste than go ahead and get this; it dissolves in seconds and is easy to use (comes will a serving spoon)! However, it’s turns any drink into rotten coconut water (I’ve put this in normal water, apple juice, orange juice and water with squash) - it just turns any drink salty.
