The only draw back is the charging. What if it just stops working in the middle of recording? Not cool. But I love the way it brightens up my videos and makes color pop! So portable and lightweight. Color options are generic and pretty much don't actually do anything. It's very generic so you get what you pay for. So far I'm loving it till it breaks!

When they say it's good for laptop or cell phone, they mean only those things. I move my light between my monitor and my laptop, depending on what I'm doing, and the clip won't fit on my monitor. My monitor is 3/4 inch, and I thought the clip was going to break trying to clip it on. Light works great, just won't go where I need it to.

I have a light ring for making videos and Facetime but it is large and bulky. This is a GREAT compact light for using while traveling or out and about. Has a rechargeable battery so you don't have to worry about changing them out. The clip holds it perfectly to the phone to eliminate unwanted shadows when you are using it for videos or photos. Perfect for people who want to create content. It has multiple easy to change settings for changing from a bright white light to softer tones for more creative shots. Very easy and intuitive to use even without reading the instructions. The phone clip works great and there is also a adapter to put it on a camera if you want to use it with that. Definitely worth buying for the price and would not hesitate to recommend it for streamers and content developers as well as anyone that just needs better lighting for photos and videos. I would definitely buy another one.

I am on zoom or teams meetings several times a day and needed to replace an old ring light that was on its last legs. I purchased this as it could easily clip to my phone, tablet, or laptop. The size is great, it can be positioned horizontally or vertically and the clip is very strong. My only slight issue is that, while the light is modifiable from warmer to cooler in a pretty good range, the brightness is not as modifiable. The lowest setting, to me, is still a little too bright. Having said that, it charges quickly and the charge lasts a long time, overall, I’m very satisfied with the value for the price.
