Good for vaping hold charge and safe.
Very surprised. It's always taking to big chances when you buy 18650 batteries. If you vape you know what I'm talking about. I bought some batteries off ebay one time and they were so lite I wander if there were any chemicals in them at all and I don't think they ever kept any charge I ended up not even using them and just got my cash back. These batteries on the other hand seem to be pretty damned good they keep a good charge and don't over heat. They work great in all my mods and last all day. There nice and heavy and look like there made very well . One problem that you have with vaping is the protective cover on batteries wear easily and that can cause damage to you and the battery and the last thing you want is for that battery to explode on you. So word of advice don't charge your battery's in your mod and make sure you buy a battery that has a good protective cover like these batteries do. Also make sure you buy the right type of 18650 battery because they come in two different types button and flat most mods use flat so check what your mods uses before you buy.

Quality product
I have ZERO knowledge on these types of batteries. I purchased these for a charger that resembles a rifle magazine as a "gag" gift BUT..... These batteries are no joke! Once fully charged (approximately 1 month ago), the charger STILL indicates a full charge that can recharge a cell phone or flashlight and not make a dent in the charger reserve. The "charger" was given as a gift for my fondness of firearms but these batteries actually make it a functional device. Great product and would purchase again should a need arise. They hold a charge, function as described and would be a viable alternative to a "standard" charging pack.

Good usable capacity
A lot of the random unknown battery brands like to put outrageous capacity specs on their cells. 3300mAh is pretty reasonable for the physical size. Unfortunately, in testing, none of the cells met this spec, though they only came in at an average just a little under the spec. If Jessy spec’ed it at 3000mAh, this would be golden as I averaged around 3100mAh across 4 cells with multiple tests. They seem to be pretty reliable and consistent so probably a fine battery to use that comes close enough to the spec to not be too mad. Definitely higher than a lot of the lower capacity 18650 cells out there.

Not at advertised and way to expensive
I'm pretty upset about this purchase. The batteries look good and so I charged them up in my xtar vc8 and then did multiple capacity tests. Attached is an image of the third capacity test of one set of 4 batteries. All 8 I purchased performed their capacity tests 3 times and non of cells performed as advertised. I can only attach so many pictures. The value for the capacity was okay if they would have performed closer to their capacity but given the inconsistency in my tests between cells concerns me that these even being protected are not suitable for use. I will be unfortunately tossing them.Buyer beware!I'm concerned these are rewraps of different brands but it would be hard to tell without a full teardown which I'm not about to do on a LiON.These batteries work, but as others pointed out not all have had success and have had mixed results. Just given that these batteries new do not perform to their capacity rating within a acceptable tolerance and given their internal resistance is also high I cannot imagine these batteries will last more than a year under moderate to heavy use. Ugh. I'm so disappointed these specs looked good on paper but sadly didn't perform to their specs. Beware!

Great Customer Service!
review for: JESSY 18650 Rechargeable Battery 3.7V Flat Top,3300mAh Lithium Batteries for LED Flashlights, Headlights, Camera, Small Fans, Toys (4 Pack)I have a Zanflare battery charger. it charges lithium-ion batteries and NiMh. As noted in other reviews, the batteries arrive partially charged (I think it is shipping requirement), so i charged the batteries to 4.2V (cause initial use will drive the voltage down to 3.7...or so i'm told). But, i could only get about 1800mAh on the batteries on the first charge and I got even less on the 2nd charge which had the battery only partially dissipated. However, since i do not have any equipment that would let me discharge and check the batteries, I am only able to the batteries partially and re-charge so i cannot say what the maximum capability the batteries can produce. The batteries look good. Have enough weight to them to know that i should be able to get decent usage out of them. But, I needed the high mAh for a project that i would have to leave unattended for long periods of time, so i was not able to use these batteries. Customer service was great. the price is reasonable/comparable.This was the 3rd set of batteries i tried that were rated 3300 mAh. Two were another brand, but all gave me only about 1800 mAh. This being said, 1800 mAh should do what most people need. I cannot tell the chemistry, so none of the standard types can be compared.Just for the customer service, i would try these batteries. They may work for your needs.
