There is no more messing with ice cubes, leaky bags, etc... You simply put it in the freezer and pull it out when needed. Fits over if you don't want to apply it to your skin directly. Price was great!

Great value! High-quality, next-gen Velcro-type closure and long, flexible straps make the pack easily adjustable, and the very large size provides all-around relief. The cold retention is pretty good, lasting about 15-20 minutes at full intensity, after which it dissipates a bit. Have not tried heat yet, but the cold has immensely helped my hyper-extended knee.

It was a little large, but other than they it was good

One side is velvety and the other is plastic for whichever way you choose to wrap it. I would use the straps sometimes and it was nice when I wanted deep icing effect or just lay it on without using the straps for quick icing.

This was a gift. The recipient reports it works really well. It is comfortable to wrap around knee, and will stay in place if has to move around. Pleased with duration of coldness.
