I've purchased a boat load of stuff from Amazon and I've only given a handful of reviews but this is one that I felt was worth the time to review.I want to share my opinion on this camera after using it for a bit.Setting it up was easy. It works with 2.4g & 5g wifi, which is nice since some cameras only support 2.4g. The app walks you through everything step by step, and in just a few minutes, it was up and running.The video quality is actually better than I thought for the price. Actually it's great. Clear and crisp. The 5mp HD resolution is awesome, even when zooming in, and the night vision does a great job of picking up details in the dark. The wide view of the camera covers more space than I need, so there are no blind spots.The motion alerts work great. The auto-tracking feature follows the movement that it's tracking smoothly, and the person or "human" detection is a must if your dog keeps setting off the motion and causing a lot of unnecessary notifications like mine. The motion alerts pop up on my phone quickly, and the sensitivity settings are easy to adjust.The two-way audio is clear, with very little delay (less than a half a second) which makes it easy to carry on a conversation without cutting each other off.It supports cloud storage and sd card storage, so you don’t have to pay for the cloud storage. I think there are some benefits with the cloud storage but the sd card works fine for me. Playback is smooth, and finding past recordings in the app is simple. So simple that even my girlfriend can do it which says a lot. (I hope she doesn't see this review lol)Overall, this camera does the job and the price makes it even harder to pass up.If you’re looking for something easy to use without losing the quality, it’s a no brainerI sound like I'm writing a commercial or something but I'm just sharing my opinion in case you're on the fence between this camera a similar one :-)

I have three of these cameras in the house and 5 of the same brand but different model for outside the house for security of my house. The motion detection and humanoid tracking adds peace of mind and the color night vision is crucial to be able to see what color shirt or hat a bad guy is wearing for reporting to the police. They function great and the app is super easy to use I added large SD cards to each camera which provides me weeks of constant recording before it automatically starts to overwrite on the card so I do pay for cloud storage which makes this camera the best value for the cost. The built in microphone and speaker has great sound quality for talking through the camera and hearing what other people are replying to you.

We love these little cameras - they have a great picture and you can talk to your pets!We have another of these cameras (an outdoor with solar version) out at the barn so we can see the horses.This camera works just with our WiFi and we can watch on the app - so easyWe have both views on the one app - see picture!

The ptz added to the nvr system is fantastic! Crystal-clear video, easy setup, and smooth remote access. Night vision works like a charm, and the motion detection is spot-on. Highly recommend for home security!

Your product is amazing. They were so easy to set up, I couldn't believe it! I amnot good with computers, they frustrate. Pros- the image is crystal clear whether day or night. We use these to keep an eye on our dogs when we are not home so this is pretty important. The camera easily moves side to side so we can view a larger area. I've only had issues opening the app to watch the pups once. Our last system failed all the time. The connectivity is so much better.The only reason for the negative was the one time the camera failed to turn on after a power outage. There is zero customer service. I ended up having to completely remove the camera from my phone and start over to get it back.

Excellent Product - Installation easy - product support worked well when asked questions. Would purchase again when needed.

Took way too much time to finally come to the conclusion, this did not work for me. Camera would not stay online and then it would not connect at all. Contacted the company and had to go through troubleshooting that I had already completed before I called. Offer for their technical division to get in touch with me. I find that insulting. Purchase a new item, it does not work and all they offer is technical help. Companies expect you to pay for their item and all the company wants to give is a broken item. Shame on all companies that do this and a lot do.
