The best deranging brush out here! I have 4B hair and the combs through with very little tension and I’m experiencing very little shedding, like 2/3rds less! It gives a nice clump of curls. It’s a little expensive, but worth every penny!

This is far more superior to al of the other detangling brushes I have purchased. It works beautifully on 4C hair texture. This is an awesome brand, I they have several options for varying hair types.

If you have very thick hair and the regular manta brush doesn't reach your scalp, then this is the brush for you. The bristles are longer and thicker but it's still gentle. It feels amazing on the scalp and doesn't tear your hair out. I have been searching for the perfect brush and finally found it. It's better than other tangle brushes I have tried. Either the brush works but it doesn't reach my scalp or it reaches my scalp but it's too hard and hurts or the brush will not go through my tangles and tears out my hair. I had none of these issues, its definitely not like other brushes. I wish they would have different colors tho, I don't really like this colorway but if it comes out in violet, magenta or cobalt, I will get more.

Where has this brush been all my life??? I just love the way my scalp feels when I use it. Just happened up on it on the Amazon site. You will not regret buying this one!

I am not the suggested hair type for this brush (I have white girl banana curls), but wanted to test it out on different hair types and was happy with it overall.I love the way this brush feels on my scalp and it does do a good job detangling. It does make my hair crazy frizzy if I brush it when it's dry, but that's true of any brush. The 'handle' feels awkward to me and I wish it had a more traditional handle, or maybe no handle at all but not flared out on the edges.My daughter with straight white girl hair doesn't get as much frizz from the brush but doesn't like the hand hold either.The price ($35) seems crazy high in comparision to other hair brushes and I can't tell any reason that it would be worth that much. We have a fairly similar brush we bought from amazon that cost less than $10 and while it isn't *quite* as nice as this one, it's nicer to hold on to and it certainly isn't worth that big of a difference in my opinion.Overall this will do the job on many hair types but isn't real comfy to use.

All I can say is Wow. I have never had a hairbrush like this one. This Manta Kinks, Coils, and Curls Curly Hair Brush is amazing. My hair is a kinky 3A Afro Hair.This is a detangling and a very flexible scalp brush. When I first used this brush, the shape of it fits right into my hands perfectly. Before I used I dampened my hair and oiled it then proceeded to use this brush and did not want to stop. Whoever invented this brush I thank you. I love how it is made. It is designed with wide spaces between the teeth, long strong bristles, and oh-so-flexible curly hair curls.Also a plus I use it on my curly hair wigs too. This is a game changer Manta. I am a baby boomer with thinning hair, breakage, and all that goes with it. I tell you what I did not lose a strand with this brush. I will be using this brush daily.I was not using a brush before this because it caused it to break more. Now with Manta, I will use this brush daily, and with the massage girl, it is to die for. It also comes in a travel pouch.All I can say is share one with your family members and they will love you for it.

This brush is fantastic for getting kinks out of extremely curly hair. The flexible feature of the brush is nice because it gives more leverage when getting out the toughest kinks.
