Be sure to check your old motor specs, as this is a 3450 rpm motor.
This was a direct replacement for the motor of my 60+ year old Sears Craftsman 6" jointer. Installation of motor and connecting the wiring were easy. Be sure to check your old motor specs , as this is a 3450 rpm motor. Many motors of this power and size are 1750 rpm. I also replaced the pully at the same time as this motor has a slotted key shaft, where my old motor did not. The slotted key on the shaft could possibly be removed, but I don't know that for sure.

Great Compressor Motor
The motor matched perfectly. It is easy to assemble with the English manual. 3450RPM, it runs very stable and works great. It is also quieter than my previous motor. A very great replacement!!!
