I found it hard to rate this. It is 5 stars for keeping the coffee hot. However, I've only had this mug for six months, and a significant piece of the lid has broken off. I expected more from Brumate. I was very disappointed.Update: I reached out to BruMate and I never expected the fantastic customer service from BruMate. The customer service is also very quick to respond and resolve the issue as quickly as possible. For this, I changed my rating from a 3 star to a 5 star and am happy that the lid will be replaced to my favorite work coffee mug.

The best camp / army field cup doesn’t leak easy to clean it’s absolutely the best cup to have and it’s not expensive.

This cup is amazing!With its 15oz, it can fit comfortably in a kureg machine and pour myself a nice cup without issue.It stays hot all day. And it's price cannot be matched for its value. It is also dishwasher safe. Which is a huge boon.I have only 2 issues with it,1#. the lid is a challenge to remove.Twisting it is only a slight issue since the edges of the lid are made with some kind of silicone/rubber So I am able to get a good twisting motion with it. However, I need something/some way for my hands to get a better grip along its edges so I can lift it upwards so it can be removed.#2 it is a bit difficult to tell when it is locked or not.There is a lock symbol on the top of the lid. Which is great! However it is tiny and difficult to see when. I'm stumbling about my kitchen at 5AM. I do think if the lid lock area was maybe colour coded somehow. This would prevent super early morning mishaps. But this is a minor issue.

I use this to bring my coffee to work every morning, I’m a nurse who’s constantly on the go and never get to it until it’s cold. This cup has been upside down and thrown backwards many times and has never leaked a drop and has stayed hot for hours. I love this mug and look forward to buying it in other colors!

Bought this for its design and leak proof But unfortunately after 4 month of use the lid broke I have submitted claim on official website asking to replace lid. On the website and on Amazon description Brumate states they provide lifetime warranty Since a lot customers experiencing same issue I thought it must be covered. But they refused replacement and any kind of discount And the worst part is that the lid is out of stock everywhere. It was my favorite everyday mug and now there is no use for it.Also worth to mention it doesn’t hold hot for long time, it was not and issue for me but some people might find this remark usefull

I like this mug because it keeps the hot, hot and the cold, cold. I didn't give it 5 stars because it says you can use it for carbonated drinks but I don't think it's the best for that. I used it for soda and the pressure blew the locking latch off. Drink spilt all over me and the ground. Now I only use it for non carbonated drinks.
