Best of the Best
Lifts more than others (built stronger). Weighs less than others (easier to lift as we grow older) . Rests lower than others (tub does not have to be as full). Easier to take with you with rubber strap and floor rollers. Waterproof so it can be used anywhere. Type of suction cups are more durable and work better on various floor types. Batteries last longer, so you are not constantly charging to assure safety. When you compare all of the features with other floor lifts, there is really no other choice. Just ordered a second one for my sister.

This is the one you want…
I got this after my elderly father fell and I was unable to get him up on my own. An aide from the assisted living community came over to the independent living area to help us. While we were successful in getting him onto the bed, it was pretty arduous for all of us since he’s a solid, tall man.I immediately purchased this on Amazon, charged it up and practiced with him on scooting over to the seat and staying secure during operation. It was perfect and now we keep it in his bedroom. Technically, he could operate it himself although I warned him not to in case he gets dizzy or loses his balance. But if worse comes to worst, he could get himself up.I must have accidentally thrown out the charger since we purchased it. I contacted the company and they were very prompt in their response. They even followed up after I didn’t get back to them right away. During this season of caregiving, that is a welcomed relief.5 stars for operation, ease of use and customer service!

Lifesaver, Backsaver
My mom has Parkinson’s and falls a lot. It was getting harder and harder to lift her up as she was getting more and more stiff. We were so close to having to move her to an assisted living home, but then I bought this chair lift. This chair has literally bought her almost another year in her home so far! Easy to use, sturdy, and stores away nicely in her closet when not in use. She’s not able to crawl over to the chair after she’s fallen, so she still needs an able bodied person to help her onto the chair, but it’s saved our backs from lifting her ourselves. Be careful with the fold out “wings” though, they don’t attach securely to the chair. So if you accidentally step on one while trying to help your loved one onto the chair, they’ll slip out from under you. Just don’t bother using them, you really don’t need them anyways. Otherwise, this chair is perfect!

Great chair with some minor issues
I really liked this chair.PROS:- thinnest profile when down of any chair I could find.- good lift capacity.- smooth, quiet, operation.- removable side wings. It's important to cover the gap between chair and tub, so they're necessary on one side, but an annoyance on the other.- decent size battery pack. I don't have a wall outlet nearby, so battery powered is a must have. Low battery indication -before- it can't do a full cycle is also a must have.- easy to separate battery pack from chair so it can be brought to a charger.- lightweight. Not really an issue once in a tub, but I appreciated it being lightweight when lifting it in and out of the tub.CONS:- there's not really any place to put the remote while using the chair. There's a cop for it in the back of the chair for storage, but that's not reachable when the chair is in use. I'm not a fan of letting it sit in the tub water, either, as I'll have to clean it more often regardless of any safety issue.- buttons are on the stiff side and I suspect they will only get harder to push with time. My 90 yr old mom lacked the strength to push the UP button, so I ultimately had to return this chair.- wheels are great for moving it around, but they also make it not want to stand upright on it's own and present a cleaning issue in the tub. If you're leaving it in the tub all the time, you don't need it to stand on it's own but you also don't need the wheels.- battery pack is in the remote. This presents a safety issue since the remote spends a lot of time in the water since there's no place to hang it.

Nothing Else Like It.
Nothing else like It. When I bought this it appeared to be the best combination of lower price and light weight. It does everything as advertised and is well-made.

Great for lifting someone off the floor and transferring to wheelchair.
While designed for use in the bath, we have used this for elderly lift off the floor. Worked good to prevent what otherwise would have been a call for an ambulance to get off the floor.

A LITERAL LIFE SAVER!! LOVE IT!!
I have Lyme disease and need to take a detox bath EVERY DAY! Being too weak and after falling a few times trying to get in and out of the tub, I found out about these wonderful lift chairs! I did my research and ordered this one. I was NOT disappointed! This chair is literally SAVING ME! After using it for over a month every day, the battery is STILL charged and on full. Amazing! In that some other models had a cushion attached, I chose not to have one because they can develop mold and such underneath. This one has plenty of holes for drainage, and actually drains pretty fast. It folds up and has wheels so it is easy to use and store. I did get an overflow vent cover so the tub fills up to a higher level. Now I can enjoy and take my baths as recommended by my doctor, without any fear of falling and the hassle of getting in and out. This bath chair has literally become my best friend! I would recommend it to anyone and the company is amazing!

Nice product
The owner's manual and instructions are clear, some of the best I have seen in a while. Everything is well built. We have not needed to use it yet, but we did practice with it and I don't see how it could be easier. The only comment I would make is that it seemed a little slow. I am assuming the slower speed means a smaller motor and battery can be used making it lighter and less expensive. I think they made a good choice.
