Good for the old liver.
Always hard to review any herbal supplements like milk thistle because they won’t make you rise from your death bed and win marathons. They work on a more subliminal level and you have no ‘control’ subject to see whether you’d be worse without them.They seem ok though, crunch up in the mouth nicely (yes I crunch up all my tablets) and taste bitter and a bit chalky like milk thistle tablets do. Good for the price. The size, although not massive, and grainy texture would be a problem for me as I can’t swallow anything that isn’t coated or in a capsule.All in all see, reasonable quality and value.

Try it if needed
I take milk thistle for a fatty liver or I did have a fatty liver after taking medication.I keep taking Milk Thistle just in case as it worked the first time.
