My 4 year old and I made this on a sick day. We had a blast and learned a lot. If you heat the soap too little it won't pour well, if you heat it too much you get a lot of bubbles. There's plenty of color, scent, and glitter so you can use a ton. We used our deep freezer in between layers so it set up quickly. We got 5-6 soaps out of it. I'm buying a second one to gift.

My daughter loved this set. We already ran out of soap, but she enjoyed making colorful unicorn shaped soaps. It’s really easy to use and they all turned out beautiful.

The kids have so much fun making soap. The instructions are clear, and the glycerin melts really well. I start with 15 seconds in the microwave and then add 5 second increments with stirring in between. The design of the beaker makes it’s easy for the kids to pour the glycerin into the casing on their own. Bought 2 more kits as gifts.

I bought this kit so my daughters could make something they could use/consume/gift. It was simple to use. However, the glycerin needs to be heated, so younger kids need adult help. I suggest adult supervision either way. Replacement materials are easy to find. Can be used over and over. You can get creative with other types of glitter or food coloring.

This was such a fun activity for us to do together. The kids really enjoyed it. The soaps turned out so cute. I do wish they had better scents in the kit. They come with lemon and green apple. But the scents aren’t bad at all. I just would’ve liked something more floral or sweet. Still would get this kit again. It has plenty of soap and supplies for probably 6-7 soaps.

Our daughter loves making her own soap to use at bath time! Not only is this a fun crafty activity, but it makes bath time so much fun!

This was so fun to make with my 7 year old daughter. The colors are pretty and the scents smell good and not too strong! It took us less than an hour to make all the different molds. We put in freezer to speed up the process!

It wouldn’t put Dove out of business, but my granddaughter loves to experiment.
