I’ve tried several different hydration packets, this one seems best for my taste and what I’m looking for. No doubt, it’s definitely salty, but the strawberry flavor definitely helps. It goes down easy and definitely keeps me hydrated. The price point is what has really what’s made it my go-to, at less than half the price of what originally turned me on to hydration powders.

I use about two of these packets everyday. I add to a 2L container and sip throughout the day. The strawberry and watermelon flavors are good without being overpowering. I like that these are sugar free and contain salt, potassium, and magnesium. These make it easy to stay hydrated. The powder dissolves quickly in water and does not have a gritty texture. For the price, these are high quality and a great value. I would definitely recommend these!

I was looking for something different for an electrolyte. I had another brand I won't mention. This is very similar, but definitely affordable. I had tried the variety pack and this my favorite flavor. Great for hydrating. Dissolves easily. Its sweet and salty. But the right mixture. I love they don't use dyes to color the drink. Label your water bottle because it turns clear .

I was looking for something similar to lmnt but without the high price. I love the strawberry salt and I like it more than lmnt and it’s so much affordable!!!

I have to say I was not expecting much as they were half the price of most others,They have a great flavor and they aren't too salty you can actually taste the flavor of them.I've been mixing one stick with 24 ounces of water and it's perfect for me.

Wow... didn't know all I was buying is flavored salt water. But you live and learn. Its not terrible if that's what you are after, but don't mix this up with anything special. It is literally flavored salt mix. 1000mg of sodium with other useful vitamins. Taste is about how you would expect flavored salt water to be. On the positive side, there's no artificial sweetener taste, however, that's mostly due to the overwhelming sodium shot. Its not what I was expecting, but may be inline with a portion of the market its after. So you may feel differently than I.

I use lint as I need to drink more water but it is so boring. This is a great option at an even better price. Very happy with my purchase. I am ordering more
