This was a big hit at Christmas for the little grandkids. My 4 yr old granddaughter was able to so it herself which adds to the value of the gift. It does spit ice around so we just set it on a towel to catch the ice shavings that didn't go in the cup. It was such a hit two of my daughters are getting it for their girls for their birthdays. They go through cups fast so I has purchased the silicone cups for the family to reuse and the paper cups for friends.

I didn't want to buy this, but my son REALLY wanted it and didn't give up for weeks bringing it up so I gave in. I thought it would be messy and loud and just didn't look forward to it arriving. Well, I was pleasantly surprised! It's not messy at all and the motor is very quiet. The instructions are easy and you can choose different levels of coarseness offered allow for anything from fluffy shaved ice to a snow consistency. We chose blue raspberry and cherry flavored syrups and they are delicious and not too sweet.

Careful of sharp blades. Only let kids use with supervision. But does what it says. And I guess it needs blades to do it. Really though, it just makes crushed ice. Doesn't come with flavoring.

This little snow cone machine was exactly as it was described on Amazon. My nephew really enjoyed it and it made great snow cones.

I love this snow cone machine I have learned to full the two dishes with water freeze them and empty them into a freezer bag and when I have the grandkids over I'm ready have the ice all ready to make snow cones love making them so delicious hopefully this helps you.

can not use ice cubes must only use 1 mold 2 make ice in & no way to order more ice molds so when 1 mold breaks u can not use machine

I just returned two Jelly Belly snow cone machines sold through Amazon. I used the refund to purchase another through Amazon3rd seller, Marketplace. Marketplace’s machine was excellent!
