Great vacuum. Does not clog despite my rabbits’ stray hay and hair clumps when most other vacs do. Doesn’t have onboard spots to store accessories is my only complaint.

I have an original Dyson Ball Animal I bought roughly 10 years ago. I have replaced the brush on it several times, but it’s been a good little vacuum.I now have 4 cats, and in 6 months, there will be 5, a bunny and 2 kids. I needed to go ahead and upgrade.The original does a great job.This ball 3 animal?? I swear it has more than twice the suction of the original. Also has more canister space so you can vacuum more area between emptying.Worth every penny.

The suction is incredible but it is on the heavier side of vacuums. The cord is really heavy duty and it beats up my base boards. I constantly have to make sure that the cord isn't going to hit my base boards. As for maneuverability, I wish it was easier to change directions and make sharp turns. It requires a little bit of effort to move in different directions.

My 18 year-old Dyson is on the way out so replaced it with Animal 3 during Deal Days. Less bulky/heavy (though the canister plastic is thinner), improved roller size and functionality, easy maneuverability, easier access to the filter inside the ball, same dependable/reliable pickup, adjusting for different surfaces. The electrical cord is also wayyyy longer than old model's cord. Didn't hold out much hope for the window blinds attachment but it actually does the job. The overall footprint of this model is smaller too so it takes up less room in the closet. Easy to assemble. Another winner from Dyson though I was already as fan!

So many cons, i don't know where to start!Pros: is German engineering and in general Germans have a reputation of being perfectionist.The suction is brutal, works awesome on sucking in all the dust.The tools while flimsy work great, but they feel like toys, that's how cheap is the plastic used to make this tools.If you have Asthma issues this vacuum won't give you breathing problems. My chest didn't get tight, no need use my inhaler, this because there is no aire coming out of the vacuum while using it.But I think that's where the pros end for me.Cons? 🤦🏻‍♀️ the hose doesn't stretch out like my other vacuums, is stif and hard to handle, is supposed to stretch 35 feet's but that's not real, it probably does 15 and only when the vacuum is turn OFF. Once you turn it on it fights you hard to go back and shrink. The box says its 50 feet's but that's another lie or misleading information, is 50 feet's counting the Electric cable cord. The hose hardly stretch out while turn on. The plastic of the hose is flimsy and looks like it will brake if you force it to stretch.I have a BISSELL® TurboCleanTM DualPro Pet Carpet Cleaner, also a BISSELL Little Green Multi-Purpose Portable Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner and a Shark Pet Stick cordless vacuum.None of them has the powerful suction that the Dyson has.Do I need so much suction? I don't think so, this is a 3 stories house and each level has a specific vacuum according to the traffic and needs, the Dyson was supposed to be for the last level were I mostly needed the hose.My husband wants to return it, I'm still debating it only because the Asthma detail, it was a pleasant relief to use it and not struggle to breathe afterwards.But what has me almost convinced to return it is how cheap and poor quality this vacuum feels, some parts like the handle, the plastic is so slim and cheap that I can twist it side to side with 1 hand. And when off and moving around you can hear the plastic making noise, it reminds me the plastic used to make cheap toys.Nothing in this vacuum feels strong and steady like my other vacuums.Also is not reliable because to use it it felt like i was in a wrestling match with the vacuum, I end up asking my husband for help. He hold it while I try using the hose. He was surprised of how not user friendly it is.I'm surely returning it because it makes no sense to pay so much for a equipment that can't be use without the fear of braking and without getting in a fighting match with it. I won't recommend this vacuum to anyone.

Best Vaccume I have ever owned. There are complaints about the hose not reaching as far as it states but that's because the suction is so strong it won't go but I'd choose this any day over one that will go the length that doesn't suck near as hard!

GURLLLLL.... Let me pour some tea on this upgraded hoover. Love me some dyson products, with dogs my home is covered in fur. I needed something that could do a deep clean and had tried several pet vacuums that were lackluster until this bad boy. This thing will suck the quils off of a porcupine. Get it, you will never be the same again. Love love love. Two thumbs up, a twist and a twirl for this Dyson Vacuum.
