I have been using this device and appreciate it greatly. It easily connects to my phone via Bluetooth. The integration with their app is smooth, and everything functions well. I needed an additional foot for my unit and contacted Ann in their support department. She was outstanding, promptly assisting me, sending a replacement part, and offering to provide tools for installation if I did not have them.The unit's functionality is superb, with several features that surpass other brands I have tested. It has a rugged, masculine appearance that appeals to me. The device is lightweight, making it ideal for carrying on camping trips, and it is durable.I strongly recommend this product.

Nice unit and back up for overlanding trips.

Works great. Holds charge well. Easy to recharge. Have not used anything more than 110 watts so far. Panel is easy to read. It does have some inconvenient design flaws. The main thing is half the controls are in front and half in back. When using 110 ac you must plug into the back side, push the large main power button on the front side and then reach around back to push a small, inconveniently located button to turn on ac power. The silly storage compartment is on the bottom, so you have to lift the entire unit to access it. Overall happy with performance but all buttons and outlets on one panel would be way more convenient.

Buyer beware, you can not return this item. This only has a 20 amp hr battery in it and was not suitable for my needs. I contacted Amazon for a return and they contacted the seller with no response from the seller.
