The tumbler itself is great, well insulated and love the colors. Looks a little different from the picture ((blue waves)) but I like that. However, the two lids for this model are very thick which clearly is part of what makes it so well insulated. However, it’s takes away from the usable oz. I ordered a 24 oz so I could have 16oz of coffee with creamer and ice comfortably without it spilling once you put the lid on. ((I already have a 20oz tumbler and you push it trying to do that bc once there’s ice added to the 16oz of coffee it fills to the brim and then can spill/leak with putting lid on so figured 24oz would be perfect)) with this tumbler however once you put the lid on it actually only holds 20oz. So im right back to just having a usable 20oz tumbler. I put in my 16 ounces of coffee, some creamer and ice ((about 6-8 cubes?)) and I couldn’t screw the lid on without liquid being pushed up out of the sides. I absolutely HATE when company’s advertise falsely like this, I’ve seen this numerous times. Yea it’s 24oz without the lid but who’s using their insulated tumbler without the lid and filled to the brim? No one. This should be advertised as 20oz. So if I want 24oz usable space I’d need to order at least a 28oz, however the next size up is 32oz, and that’s just way bigger than I wanted also. I might keep it and just use a few less ice cubes to make it work. Will try again this week but be aware of the illusion of oz with purchase.

Keeps hot hot, keeps cold cold. No leaks, no metal taste, coloring is gorgeous, cleans up well, fits in every cupholder and purse/bag, does great in the dishwasher, but does not stand up against a surprise riptide. I hope my emotional support cup makes a great journey from Mexico to wherever it lands and hate that I polluted the ocean, because as sturdy as this cup is, it's never going to biodegrade.

GREAT TUMBLER, actual color much better than picture. Very sturdy.It comes with two lids. One for drinking and one for a straw. So pleased, I’m going to purchase some for Christmas presents.

use it every day, stays cold for 12 hrs! Sturdy, worth every penny! Even got their 64 oz one.

The media could not be loaded. Product is good and all, but I was surprised to see it come without any shipping box. Product comes as is and they use the product box as their "Shipping Box". This is my only issue as I like to see my purchases coming clean and free from dust.
