Came with a dent on one of the rib corners but that was FedEx I am sure of it. Upon inspection the unit didn't appear to be internally damaged. Plugged it in and cools very fast. The outter surface will get really hot since it will work very hard to get to freezing temps and then the heat will subside. Came with two racks which is excellent and is a good size for our apartment. It is easy to move and the quality so far appears good. This freezer will allow us more functional storage space since our apartment freezer is very small.

Got my freezer today, I ordered the 7.0 cubic feet in white. Arrived on time and very well packaged. Has 7 different settings, came with two baskets that are good size. We unpacked it, plugged in and is already cold. Very quiet and works really good for my apartment! Good find and buy! Thanks to the seller for being truthful about all the info you listed. Great little freezer for the price! I have a mobile home and needed more freezer space and this freezer works perfectly. it's very deep, with lots of space for its size.

Compact and nice looking. Holds lots of stuff. After a month, still no frost at all. One of my best purchases.

Refrigerator was wrapped in super thin, (thinner than saran wrap-like) film which did not prevent minor damage and dents. After about an hour of trying to peel it off I realized a clean removal would be next to impossible so I quit. Never ceases to amaze how moderns can so effectively misprioritize even the most basic tasks regarding transportaion protection such as adding more styrofoam around body of these things rather than a micro film of visqueen....Two leveling feet on left side fore and aft but nothing on the right. What ingenious design is this? Shored it up with one of two galvanized steel corners that came with freezer.All this being said, manufacturer recommends ensuring all refrigerant is in operational state and not to run unit for at least 48 hours until this is made certain by user. Judging by dent on front I may allow 3 days knowing it may have been at some point in transfer to me, on side or even upside down (kidding) Minor damage was not at all evident viewing packing box material which was amazingly intact for a semi-bulky item without any holes or tears. It may have occured before it ever was put on a plane or truck. Hopefully the freezer will perform much better than Dept overseeing task of wrapping it in thin film that will never be completely removed between seams, ever.
