A travellors must have
Having a CPAP battery like this one is a must but having the ability to charge that battery while you drive is a must have as well. I travel in a camper van and any battery including my Bluetti charges must faster 12 volt from the vehicle then from a 110 wall outlet. So for the traveler, this is a must get for charging up that battery.

Works on 24V Pilot Lite
I was a bit skeptical but this 12V cord did in fact charge the 24 pilot lite for my 24V CPAP machine while boondocking in my travel trailer.

The Medstrum only holds a charge for 2 hours...no point in using it. We want

A must have if you have a CPAP machine. Good to recharge your phones if you loose electricity during storms.

Apparently not for the Pilot-24 Plus
It seems it was my mistake - I bought it for my Pilot-24 Plus because it's the only car charger I saw for the Pilot. Not working and I wasted my money. I wish I could return it or exchange it for something that will charge the battery for camping trips. I'm really disappointed. And now I see that the Plus is no longer even available. I wish I could exchange that one too.
