This book concentrated on the issues with opiod withdrawal vs. pain relief. It only gave one way of distillng kratom without addressing there might be other avenues of ingestion. It also didn't address yellow kratom. I would only recommend this book to those who are addicted to opiods, since it talks about the mechanics of addiction, and not about kratom in all its forms, and never addressed whether you can take it in pill form, or tge readon s why you shouldn't.
