We used this on the bottom edge of a single garage door. So far it is doing well. I did not make use of the included hardware but rather used construction adhesive. We don't use this door often and wanted a better bottom seal. Can't give any comment regarding how this product will hold up however I still have plenty left over to do it again.

The Plastic Seal is exactly as advertised. I installed it on the top and sides of my new garage door. It looks great. I installed the top piece first and didn't cut 45 degree corners at the ends. Then I installed the side pieces and cut the flap at 45 degrees. It seals the door great. One thing to note. The seal comes with fasteners to install the seal. The directions say to install the fasteners at 3-inches on center. There are only enough fasteners to secure the seal on an 8'x7' door. If you are installing the seal on a larger door, you'll need to purchase small nails to install the seal. I would recommend using drywall nails

Excellent tape to keep the old doors at the barn closed for the bitter cold northern winds. Was easy to drive nails through and stays flexible.Great material: better than foam!

I have a standard 2 car garage door , this product was 2 inches short of finishing the seal . Also very flimsy material , doubt if it will last a long time . Would not recomend this product .

Worked as described. Quality Product - No flaws in workmanship. Easy to remove old product and install this one as a replacement. Stars say it all.
