Easy to use , no side effects noticeable, seems to help more than other products I've tried.

My energy level has increased while using. I use it every morning about 1-2 hour before I workout. So easy to use.

Into the fifth day, hoping this would help with leg and foot pain....neuropathy related, from decreased curculation. Despite the claims of immediate, noticeable increase, no such effect was felt. There may be a slight elevation of energy levels, but certainly no dramatic change. But it is 5 days...will likely finish out the month's supply, just to see. As for anyone thinking this will replace ED meds....not happening. These definitely provide a boost! I have more stamina to workout longer and have been able to lift heavier than ever before.

I've taken other supplements and decided to give these a try.Recommended dosage is 6 capsules 1/2 hour before workout, so the bottle of 180 is a one month supply.At ~$70 it seems a bit excessive.I tried it several days in a row before my morning routine, and while maybe there was a boost in energy it didn't seem like a $70 per month boost.I'll be looking at others.
