Great Place to Buy Yam Cream!
I've used this product for years, ever since my doctor recommended it to me when I lived in Texas around 2001. It seems to do just what it claims to do and works with oral hormone therapy to minimize the symptoms of menopause - hot flashes, mood swings, etc. I wouldn't be without it - ever. It arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged. I'm very well pleased with both the product and the seller and can really appreciate a merchandiser who sells much needed health supplies at a price almost anyone can afford and this product is priced much more affordably than I can buy it in any health food store in my area. Will order again and again and will also recommend to female friends my age.

It is pretty good
I am a little confused because on the label it instructs you to use this product for 8-10 weeks?? I have known people who have used a similar product with yam ingredients for hot flashes and they used it for years. Not weeks. In anycase, I am thinking maybe it was saying that is about how long the product will last before it is gone.As far as how I like it, it is ok. I have noticed that my symptoms of hot flashes have diminished. But I am not completely sure if it is from the cream. I started taking some black cohosh supplements around the same time. I stopped taking the supplements and continued with the Yam Cream and still have noticed that my hot flashes are not as bad or as often during the day or night. Which is great!! I have heard that with any product or supplement you begin taking you are supposed to wait 2-3 months before it kicks in. So, I will see what happens later. I am hoping maybe they will go away all together. Been using this product for about 6 weeks now and have about a two week supply left. I would buy it again.

I didn't use it super consistently because I didn't notice a difference in anything ...
I'll be honest. I didn't use it super consistently because I didn't notice a difference in anything the first week. It's light and goes on well without being greasy but does not smell the best

Relief from Cramps
I know that this product is meant to be used for menopause and that some reviewers said it has parabens. However, after finding that this actually contained wild yam and being that it was the highest percentage I could find I decided to buy it to help reduce incapacitating menstrual cramps. (This is after researching natural remedies for cramps).I had to use it on a daily basis twice a day even when I'm not on my period, but I only used it once a day to make it last longer. Whenever my period came around, the cramps were mild most of the time or nonexistent. It has greatly helped with reducing the amount of painkillers I take since my body begun to adapt or become used to ibuprofen and naproxen. With severe cramps, this would interfere with work and school. Overall, I like this cream and would buy it again despite the parabens.

False Advertising
Good 'N Natural. Natural? There are parabens in this cream. Parabens are chemicals which causes problems in estrogen levels which lead to cancer. Parabens are banned in the EU due to cancer problems, but still not in the US. Good? How can ingredients which cause cancer be good? Please print your ingredients list in your product description. It only gets worse. I not only need to pay for return shipping, but I also need to pay an $8.99 fee (deducted from the purchase price of $9.25). So, I would be ahead by throwing it in the garbage where it belongs.

Won't Use Again -- Deceitful Company!
As other reviewers have said, this product contains propylparaben in the ingredient label. Propylparaben is a chemical that might contribute to breast cancer. I was unaware of this until I used nearly the entire jar, which is unsettling to say the least. I find the "Natural" label to be misleading. I posted a picture of the ingredient label because the company didn't provide one on Amazon. On a side note (this is NOT why I left a 1-star review) I purchased this product for natural breast enlargement by the recommendation of a friend. I don't believe it provided noticeable results.---------------EDIT ON JULY 25, 2013-------------------I'm not 100-percent certain, maybe it's my computer, but... It appears the company has removed my user submitted image with the ingredient label visible. I seems I cannot resubmit a photo, either. Perhaps "Good N Natural" is aware it has something to hide? I'm sure you can still find the photo in my profile's customer-submitted images section.

I take Effexor to help with hot flashes, but it doesn't totally eradicate them. So I decided to try the wild yam cream as well and have been using it daily for about two months. Now, I have noticed there are days when I do not have any hot flashes at all. So I don't know if this is a psychosomatic 'placebo' effect or if the cream really works, but I'm going to keep using it.The added benefit is that wherever you are using the cream, the skin will become as smooth as silk. My husband has commented on this and now he also uses the cream sometimes. He told me that I was running low, so I needed to buy more. :-)
