But why is it sticky? Confusion ensues....
I'm just REALLY confused with this lip gloss.... I have the holographic top gloss and it is smooth as butter, I love it I just wanted a clear version so I bought this clear gloss. It is SO STICKY!!!! It feels like a plumper, tingles some when you put it on. I swear I have checked the package and the tube 5 different times to make sure I'm not missing something haha!! Anyways, my lip stain did not stay with this gloss over it. Will be returning.

You do have to use something most to remove the service
At 75 this gave me the pink I had at 30 and stays all day. Loved it.
