Great value, average packaging.

This decanter is a great value. great looks for a decent price. the double old fashioned glasses are what i would consider "standard", which is fine really for an elegant set. The packaging leaves something to be desired, so if you are gifting this, I would suggest repackaging.

Nice set!

This was a beautiful set. Unfortunetly it was a gift and my grandson dropped the package and it shattered inside the box. So I did not get to see the reaction of the person I bought it for. Although I think they would have loved it!

2nd times a charm

Package very well and got it in 1 day after the first set I ordered arrived with a broken glass. Nice, heavy and inexpensive. I brought it to etch on. I'll update later with a picture of the finished product.

A very nice, clean look. Decanter is solid. The glasses are somewhat thinner than expected. But match beautifully.

Nice decanter but an adhoc gift idea

The decanter is nice but the thought that this is a great gift is a miss. This appears to be an adhoc idea thrown together by Amazon and not a set from James Scott. The Decanter is well packaged but the glasses are just tossed in as additional items, they are not boxed.My original review was rejected by Amazon, I hope this one is not. Keep this in mind when reading reviews, some critical reviews are rejected by Amazon.
